Fitness influencer and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Katie Austin is showing fans the workouts she does before hitting the runway for the iconic magazine. Austin, the daughter of Denise Austin, shared a video of herself wearing light pink two-piece workout gear, doing a mat workout in the sunshine. “Cannot wait to walk my 4th year of the iconic @si_swimsuit runway show tonight!!! Here are 4 things I prioritize when prepping for my walk🫶 …now who’s tuning in?!❤️‍🔥” she captioned the post. Here’s how Austin trains, eats, and lives her happiest life.

1. Variety of Workouts

Austin loves Pilates, strength training, cardio, and barre-type workouts. "I mix up my workouts and really lean into variety,” she told Women’s Health. "I like the combination of something a little bit lighter on the body paired with more intense strength training, in addition to some cardio. But if I only have time to work out, say, two days that week, I'll do cardio and sculpt mixed together—It's my favorite way to work out."

2. Shooting For Sports Illustrated

Austin didn’t find her Sports Illustrated shoot intimidating. “One thing I love most about SI Swimsuit is their encouragement to be your most authentic self and showcase it,” she told E! News. “So, when it came time to prep for my SI shoot, I didn't do an entire overhaul of my lifestyle, but rather focused on things that were already important to me! I ate a balanced diet, worked out, and prioritized my mental health and routine!”

3. Balanced, Delicious Diet

Austin is grateful she and her sister were raised to have a positive relationship with food. "My parents always had hearty, yet healthy, home-cooked meals on the table for us—like a pot roast and baked potato," she told Women’s Health. "I knew that I needed carbs, protein, fat, nutrients to power my workouts and game and give me energy. I always like to ask myself, 'What are you adding in?' I don't focus on restriction or subtracting ingredients or food groups or anything. I don't eliminate. My mom has such a zest for life, but also a zest for food!"

4. Fitness Advice

Set,Goals,Written,In,Spiral-bound,NotepadShutterstock

Austin has good advice for anyone just starting on their fitness journey. “Don't expect to lose 20 pounds in a week or run a marathon in a month,” she told E! News. “Set small, achievable goals that you can work towards over time. For example, aim to walk for 30 minutes a day, or to do 10 push-ups without stopping. Celebrate your successes along the way, no matter how small they may seem.”

5. Workout Phases

Austin switches up her workouts depending on her mood. "We go through different phases of life and reasons why we work out," she told Women’s Health. "One week, I could be working out simply because I'm really stressed, and I'm craving lower-impact movement that just feels gentle and good. Then the next six months I may be training harder with weights to gain strength. Changes and shifts are great."

Katelyn Runck is a very successful influencer. She is known for her fitness and modeling content on her Instagram. Runck recently shared a set of photos on her account of herself modeling a set of black workout clothes. Her impressive figure was on full display.

She's Focused

Runck shares some of her wellness secrets on her fitness Instagram. In this post’s caption, she talked about the importance of focus. “What separates good from great in life, business or sports is your ability to focus. The ones who are the most disciplined and focused will achieve more than someone who suffers from worry and doubt. Once you make up your mind on something, go after it with all your effort. 🌟”

She Does Donkey Kicks

Runck doesn’t skip leg day. One thing she likes to do is donkey kicks. Runck shared this post on her fitness Instagram of herself doing donkey kicks with a resistance band. Runck captioned the post, “Starting my day with an at home band workout. Getting stronger with simple moves that pack a punch. 🥊 Booty training in full swing! What are your favorite exercises? 🍑”

She Eats Healthy

Runck makes sure to eat healthy. One thing she likes to eat are salads. Runck shared this video on her fitness Instagram of herself making a salad with chicken. She captioned it, “Thai-inspired Chicken Salad 🥑 - 2 cups shredded chicken - 1 avocado - 1 cup shredded carrots - 1 cup sliced cabbage - 1 bell pepper - 1 zucchini - 1 cup mushrooms - Asparagus - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup onion - 1/4 cup crushed peanuts & 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish. *Dressing* - 1/4 cup lemon juice - 2 tablespoons fish sauce - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 1 tablespoon honey - minced garlic - 1 teaspoon grated ginger - 2 tablespoons peanut butter.”

She Works Hard

Runck makes sure to work hard. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Sweat + Sacrifice = Success. Put in the work like it’s all going to work out — and it will. Through the years, I have combined meditation, action, and weights into a single strength. I believe that when the body is strong, the mind thinks strong thoughts. Time spent away from the this makes me feel less whole. The resistance that you fight physically in the gym and the resistance that you fight in life can only build a strong character.”

She Does Sit-Ups

In this video on her fitness Instagram, Runck is seen doing sit-ups. The Cleveland Clinic states that sit-ups are very beneficial. “Sit ups are great for tightening your core. They strengthen and tone your rectus abdominus, transverse abdominus and oblique abdominal muscles as well as your neck muscles. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends three sets of 8 to 12 repetitions three times per week.”

News. “When it came to my diet, I didn't want to restrict myself from indulging in foods and my normal diet because I wanted to focus on the habits rather than cutting off ‘bad foods’ cold turkey. Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Taylor,Hill,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

"I used to hate my body, and I thought I was really ugly," Taylor told Byrdie. "I was so not confident, and becoming a model—and especially a VS girl—has changed my perspective on who I am. It's kind of given me a new light: You're beautiful no matter what you look like, no matter what body type you have. I always envied curvy women because I wasn't that. The grass is always greener, and you'll always have to deal with that. But being a model has helped me embrace my body type. It's hard on some girls, but it actually helped me a lot."

2. Taylor Hill Exercises

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Taylor,Hill,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

Taylor mixes up her workouts. “I do mainly light weight-lifting and squats when I’m in the gym. My favorite place is Dogpound in NYC,” Taylor revealed to Harper’s Bazaar about her sweat sessions. “But I also do some yoga, pilates and crossfit. It’s important to switch things up so that your body doesn’t get too used to anything.”

3. Taylor Hill Doesn’t Believe in Diets

Stop,Dieting,Red,Sign,With,Sun,BackgroundShutterstock

“I actually don’t stick to any diets, but I eat everything in moderation. Plus, exercising regularly is very important,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. Hr favorite meals? “When I’m in Paris, I always have Japanese udon. And pizzas in New York. I also love spaghetti, and basically everything when I’m in Italy.”

4. Taylor Hills Reads

Brunette,Woman,In,Warm,Sweater,And,Socks,Reading,Book,SittingShutterstock

5. Taylor Hill Works Out with a Personal Trainer

Female,Personal,Trainer,,With,His,Back,Facing,The,Camera,,LookingShutterstock

Taylor enlists the help of a personal trainer to achieve her goals. "I have to use a trainer because I cheat in classes," she told Byrdie. "I'm a natural-born cheater. I cheat on everything—I cheated on tests (don't tell my teachers), I cheat workouts, I eat whatever I want! So I just needed someone to watch me and make sure I'm doing it correctly. When I have an hour, I want to give everything I have to that hour, like, really work out.”

6. Sara Sampaio Does Pilates

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Sara,Sampaio,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

Sara likes an amped up version of pilates. “I've been doing a lot of SLT. It’s like a really intense Pilates with a machine. I’ve noticed with my body that small movements have done more for my body than the boot camps. My body moves better when it’s very focused on small movements that elongate your body and your muscles,” she told The Cut. “I tried SLT for the first time five or six years ago when I first got to New York. It was really hard, it was too hard. Then I was training for the Victoria’s Secret show last year and gave it another try. I really liked it, it was not as hard. I think they had changed it a little bit. I could actually go through a whole class without feeling like I was going to break down.”

7. Shanina Shaik Works Out with Personal Trainers

London,,England,-,December,02:,Victoria's,Secret,Model,Shanina,ShaikShutterstock

Shanina relies on personal trainers to keep her in runway model form. “I have a few favorite trainers whom I’ve enjoyed following over some time now, including Melissa Wood, Megan Roup of Sculpt Society, and Shannon Nadj of Hot Pilates. It’s extremely motivating to follow their workouts, even from the comfort of home. I usually gravitate toward workouts that incorporate a lot of Pilates. My favorite moves are making small circles and stretching your legs with ankle bands. Lastly, I like to use a resistance band, pointing your feet and pulsing up and down; it’s great for the inner and outer thighs,” Shanina revealed to Hum Nutrition.

8. Kelsey Merritt Does Two a Days

New,York,,Ny,-,February,05:,Kelsey,Merritt,Attends,TheShutterstock

Kelsey works out not once, but twice a day. "The past few months I've been working out everyday—and sometimes twice a day. This past week I did pilates, if I feel good then I'll do 30 minutes of cardio. I always make sure to put cardio in my workouts. I'll do SoulCycle, then I'll go on the treadmill. I will do strength training with a personal trainer at Dogpound,” she told Elle.

9. Jasmine Tookes Balances Diet with Exercise

New,York,,Ny,-,November,13:,Model,Jasmine,Tookes,WalksShutterstock

Jasmine fuels her workouts with food. “I love to eat tons of food with lots of carbs. I balance it with working out. But generally, I try to be very clean and eat healthy, and always have a lot of protein. I do have a lot of cheat days. I feel like you should be able to eat what you want,” she told The Cut. Hailey eats as plant-based as possible, because it makes her feel good."I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine," she told Harper's Bazaar. "I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils." Her diet involves "a lot of vegetables and fish, not much meat, minimal dairy,” she told Byrdie. "I just feel better when I eat that way."

11. Alessandra Ambrosio Allows Herself to Indulge

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Alessandra,Ambrosio,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

Alessandra used to go to extremes to stay in shape, but avoids dieting now. "After having Anja I only had three months to lose all the weight [before doing the 2008 Victoria's Secret show] and I was on this 1,200-calorie-a-day meal-delivery service that I hated. I couldn't do that again," she told The Edit. "Whenever I start to diet, everything goes downhill,” she added. “So if I want a little bite of dark chocolate on a plane or a cocktail with friends on the weekend, I'll have it. In fact, I'll drink a glass of red wine with dinner most nights, and two or three times a week I'll have a cup of tea and a cupcake with Anja, who's as obsessed with red velvet as I am.”

12. Candice Swanepoel Has a “Balanced” Approach to Wellness

London,,England,-,December,02:,Victoria's,Secret,Model,Candice,SwanepoelShutterstock

She also eats clean.“My diet generally consists of fresh, organic produce (all veggies, nuts, seafood, occasional eggs and lots of raw vegan dark chocolate) and superfoods everyday such as chlorella and spirulina. If I ever need an immune booster I have tons of ginger, tumeric and baobab,” she said. It “takes a while to get used to healthier foods if you’re used to eating crap, or if you have been brought up eating a certain kind of way,” she admitted. “To me, almost everything clean and healthy taste good and you can always play around and make it taste even better.” Another way she sets herself up for healthy eating success is preparation. “When I’m traveling, I always bring a big variety of healthy snacks and superfoods – usually opting for vegetables and fish or seafood when ordering food or on set.”

14. Izabel Goulart Juices

London,,England,-,December,02:,Victoria's,Secret,Model,Izabel,GoulartShutterstock

Izabel drinks a lot of juices. “The first thing I do in the morning is prepare fresh juice. I have 15 different recipes, which I drink for 15 days consecutively. Then I repeat the recipes from the beginning for the next 15 days of the month. My juices include fruit, vegetables, leafy greens, and even grains. After a workout, I have a protein drink and always keep a protein bar in my bag," she told Vogue.

After I had my son [Phyllon, age 3½], I started doing ballet. It makes you long and lean—it’s like the Pilates look.”

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
