Katie Austin Walks The Runway In Bikini For Miami Swim Week

Katie Austin recently walked the runway at Miami Swim Week, and she made sure to get her body swimsuit and runway ready. Katie appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit show, and wore a red bikini with white polka dots, as well as a plaid bikini and white cowboy hat. She Makes A Healthy Chicken Salad Dish
Katie shares a lot of her favorite recipes on Instagram. In this video, she makes a chicken salad dish with a lot of vegetables. Katie shared the recipe in the caption. “Serves 3-4 people. 3 cups shredded chicken. 2 cucumbers (I only used one cucumber for the video but this makes enough chicken salad to fill 2). 1/3 cup mayo / Greek yogurt mix (I do half and half). 1 tablespoon mustard. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/2 lemon squeezed. 1 tablespoon relish. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1.5 teaspoon salt. 1.5 teaspoon pepper. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 avocado. 1/3 cup feta (feta is SO good on this). Feel free to add nuts/fruit to the chicken salad but I like to keep my plain especially when putting them on a cucumber with avo + feta! Lots of flavor! Xx”

I always keep frozen fruits in the freezer, that way when I get home from a long trip and crave health (aka this week), I can always make a quick smoothie!!
