1. Detoxing

Kayla is totally behind detoxing. She did a 15 day detox In 2021, claiming her abs were the result of the program. “Hello detox abs, nice to meet you,” she captioned the photo. “Proud of myself for having a goal and sticking to it.”

2. Running

In a recent post, Kayla revealed that running is part of her routine. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

3. Golf

Kayla loves golf, a sport that offers lots of benefits per the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

4. Pilates

Kayla is also a fan of pilates. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

5. Strength Training

Kayla strength trains and recently shared one of her circuit. “My trainer @thebank_fitcamp and I have been making some daily deposits y’all. 🤭 And the proof is in the gains. Knock out this quad/glute/ab circuit 3-4 times, 10-15 reps each exercise. And let me know if you want to cuss somebody out at the end too! P.S. We’re dropping a new training program next month - so more fire work outs like this soon come,” she captioned the post.
