The wellness queen recently shared an empowering post looking as stunning as ever in a maroon coordinating set, paired with the caption, "Plot twist: I'm the love of my life."

What exactly does Kayla Nicole do to stay in the best shape of her life? Celebwell chatted with the media personality to find out everything there is to know about her workout regimen. From favoring full-body workouts to the one exercise that keeps her abs sculpted, Kayla spills it all.

Kayla Nicole's Full-Body "Cheat Code" Workout

Kayla once captioned an Instagram video, "Full-body workouts are really the cheat code," and we wanted to learn exactly what hers entail.

"Listen, if you want to maximize your time in the gym, full-body workouts are IT," she shares. "My go-to is a strength and cardio circuit that hits everything—squats into shoulder presses, deadlifts into rows, kettlebell swings, and finishing with battle ropes or sled pushes. It builds muscle, burns fat, and keeps your heart rate up all in one. It's efficient, effective, and leaves you feeling strong head to toe."

Hip Thrusts Are Her Go-to Lower-Body Exercise

That's not to say she doesn't have glute day; in fact, she reveals her go-to lower-body exercise for strengthening and sculpting.

"Hip thrusts all day," Kayla tells us. "If you're not hip thrusting, what are you even doing? It's the best exercise for activating and growing the glutes without overworking the quads."

For extra tension, Kayla adds resistance bands, dubbing it a total "game-changer." She says, "And trust me, the burn is real!"

She Says Cardio Is King for Shredded Abs

When it comes to having shredded abs, Kayla believes that cardio is king.

"[Cardio is] definitely an understated method to toning your abs and burning through the bloat. But to build your core, I love hanging leg raises. No question. It's all about control and engagement."

She explains that it's a common mistake to power through ab exercises, but slow and steady wins the race. "Slow, controlled movements make all the difference," Kayla stresses.

Another stellar exercise to include in your routine to sculpt and shred your lower abs is the hanging leg raise. The lower abdominals can be challenging to target, but hanging leg raises also activate your core stability and grip strength, making the exercise a "double win!"

She's Co-Hosting REVOLT Sports

Most recently, the powerhouse is collaborating with and co-hosting REVOLT Sports, a vertical within the REVOLT family. REVOLT Sports is headlined by I Am Athlete, a sports media platform created by former NFL wide receiver Brandon Marshall.

"I'm bringing fresh energy and a unique voice to sports media with REVOLT Sports," Kayla tells Celebwell. "My goal is to bridge the gap between sports, culture, and entertainment—because they're all connected. We've got some incredible interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and athlete-driven storytelling coming up. It's not just about the game; it's about the people behind it."

Her end game with this work? Authenticity.

"So much of sports media feels scripted, but REVOLT Sports is about real, unfiltered conversations. I want to give athletes, especially Black athletes, the space to tell their own stories without being boxed in. This platform lets me do that in a way that feels organic, engaging, and true to the culture," she shares.

Another major goal of Kayla's is to create content that spotlights "the human side of athletes." She shares, "We see them on the field, but who are they off the clock? What do they care about? What's their business hustle? I can't say too much yet, but we've got some crossover lifestyle and sports content coming that I think people are going to love."

Just for kicks, we asked Kayla who she finds to be an incredibly motivating athlete—someone she'd want to spend an entire day with.

Drumroll, please! She tells us, "Serena Williams. Her dominance, work ethic, and impact beyond tennis are legendary. Also, Deion Sanders—Coach Prime. He's changing the game at the college level, and I'd love to pick his brain about leadership and legacy."
