In a TikTok video, Kehlani shows off one of her workout routines, which involves a kettlebell. In an interview with our sister site, The Body Network, Nikolai Puchlov, Head Coach & Founder, Pro Kettlebell, explained that they are high intensity, low impact and can burn a lot of calories in a short time.
