Kelly Rowland In Two-Piece Attends Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter Tour

The actress channeled her inner cowgirl at her BFF's concer

Kelly Rowland and Beyonce have been friends since they were kids, and their friendship has stayed strong to this day. Kelly recently went to support her BFF, who’s currently on the Cowboy Carter tour, and she made sure to dress to the theme. Kelly shared some photos on Instagram of herself in a tan tank top, black pants, black cowboy hat, and a tan furry coat. She captioned the post, “🤠COWBOY CARTER🤠 GAVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED! She Runs

In order to get a cardio workout in, Kelly loves to run. She talked about her running routine in an interview with Now To Love. “I like to get a good run in. I do this thing where I run on a treadmill for two minutes, then walk on an incline for two minutes and I do that for 10 minutes. That’s about it.”

She Limits Meat

Kelly revealed to Now To Love that she decided to test herself for food sensitivities, and had to limit this particular food in her diet. “I took a cool test and it told me things that don’t agree with me, so I’ve been staying away from meat,” she said. “Look, I’m the person that is from Texas and I’m a southern girl, but I’m finding myself not be able to handle it.”

She Wants To Eat Healthy

Kelly tells Now To Love that eating healthy is extremely important to her, because that she wants to be a good example for her son. “I actually crave a salad and celery sticks! My friends are like ‘What the?!’ But on holidays it is a full on calorie fest. I lost my mother to a cardiac arrest and I want to make healthier choices so my son can see me being healthy too.”

She Enjoys Working Out

Kelly revealed to HollywoodLife that working out is one of her favorite pastimes. “I genuinely love working out. I love the way I feel when I’m working out. I love the fact that I’m taking the time to pour back into myself. Workouts for me are a time for [myself] and I get to pour back into myself and I love that.”

She Boxes

Kelly tells Cosmopolitan that she’s an avid boxer. She also revealed that she likes to listen to music while she boxes, to help her get in the right headspace. “I’m boxing a lot right now and when I first recorded ‘The Game’ it put me in a different headspace. I really wanted to go into my workouts like Rocky. Jeanette was like, ‘What is wrong with you?’ It kind of just snaps you into place. Pharrell’s ‘Happy’ did that for me too, the other day when I was doing yoga and it came on at the end, and I just danced out of class.”
