Kelsea Ballerini is one of the top female country singers. Her career started in 2015, almost 10 years ago. Ballerini’s debut album The First Time included songs like “Dibs”, “Love Me Like You Mean It”, and “Peter Pan.” That year, Ballerini opened up for Taylor Swift on the 1989 Tour. Since then, she’s released hit songs like “Miss Me More”, “homecoming queen”, “club”, and “Hole In The Bottle.” Ballerini recently hit the gym, and shared a photo on her Instagram story. 1. She Makes Wellness A Priority
Ballerini does a lot of traveling. Because of this, she has to make wellness a priority. Ballerini told The Cut, "Ever since I started traveling a lot, I learned that if I don’t take care of my body, then I’m not going to be my best on tour or in the studio. When I take care of myself, I’m just better: I’m better as an artist and a person.”
2. She Dances
Ballerini told Women’s Health that she dances to stay in shape. “I started taking ballet again. I danced for 10 years when I was younger, and quit when I was 14. But I loved it so much. And then my path really shifted to music. I'm just trying to see what my body remembers and then and then relearn the art of it, because it's so beautiful. It's the little micro muscles in your ankles and in your inner thighs, and the (idea) that there's a string pulling you directly up to the ceiling while your toes are pushing down into the ground."
3. She Uses Eye Patches

Ballerini makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared her favorite products and tips with Bustle. “I also really love using eye patches in my everyday routine. They make my eyes feel hydrated and look more awake despite my busy schedule. I really enjoy using them as a stencil, too. Some of the makeup artists I’ve worked with put an eye patch on and use it as a guide to outline my eye, to kind of give a more dramatic look. Two birds, one stone.”
4. She Washes Her Face

Ballerini tells Bustle that she makes sure to be consistent with her skincare. One thing she does is wash her face each night. “I just pivoted into being pretty religious about my skin care, and the biggest game changer has been washing my face every night. That sounds like duh, but I used to just take a makeup wipe and let that be it — even though I’m on stage performing and sweating and wearing a lot of makeup.”
5. She Has A Routine

Ballerini shared some of her favorite wellness tips with Shape Magazine. She says that she has started having a daily routine. "To be honest, routine always sounded boring, but now it's something that helps me feel like I'm in control of my life. I'm baby stepping my way into it. Little things, like when you get out of bed, make the bed. Get outside for 30 minutes a day. Sit on the porch. Take the dog for a walk. I'm building that into my life, and it's not boring at all. It's really helping me feel that ownership of my life that I need.”
