Five-time Grammy nominee Kelsea Ballerini continues to crush it as a top country music star. Fans absolutely love the "Cowboys Cry Too" singer, and for good reason. The powerhouse just wrapped up her North American tour this month in Toronto, Ontario. During her final show on tour, Kelsea fell off of a moving stage while singing "Friends in Low Places." How did she rally? The celeb smiled and brought the show home like the total pro she is.

Kelsea Ballerini Loves a Cup of Joe in the AM

Starting each day with caffeine is a staple for Kelsea.
"Since college, coffee has been consistent in my life and makes it feel like home wherever I am. Life keeps getting crazier; it's my happy place. It was a perfect synergy with Donut Shop, and then when they came to me and asked, 'How would you feel about doing a flavor? Like a Ballerini Blend?' I was like, say less! Normally, I'll just drink my coffee black, but if I want a treat, I'll add a little vanilla and it just feels like a special moment. It feels like something for everyone, something that probably everyone loves, a flavor that feels familiar, but also something that I definitely like. It felt really fun to be able to collaborate with them and now share it," she shared with EatingWell.

She Does Morning Pilates
Kelsea kicks off each day with a mix of strengthening and stretching exercises.
"I do Pilates in the morning, three days a week," she shared.
Pilates provides many benefits for both the mind, body, and soul, including improved posture, flexibility, core strength, energy, mood, and more. It's an extraordinary form of exercise to incorporate in anyone's wellness routine.

She Packs in Her Protein With a Green Smoothie, Cottage Cheese, and Eggs

Kelsea makes sure to get her fill of protein in the morning.
"I'll make a smoothie, just a green smoothie, and add coconut water," she told EatingWell. "If I don't have that, I've been trying to add a lot more protein into my diet, so I'll either do cottage cheese with an orange and some honey, or egg whites and veggies."

She Takes Her Mornings Slow
Kelsea favors slow mornings, complete with a cup of Joe and reading her daily horoscope.
"While I'm having my coffee, I'll read my Chani app for the day—it's like your horoscope reading for the day," the country music star said. "I'll do that and depending on what's going on and where my head's at, sometimes I'll put on lo-fi music and make a little breakfast … I really love a slow morning. It's a luxury, but [I love when] I can have that hour to really just enter into the day slowly. I'm a Virgo, so I make to-do lists like it's no one's business. That's my ideal morning—and then a seven- or eight-step skin-care routine."

She Sleeps In
Kelsea doesn't wake up too early and gets quality beauty rest—especially when she's on tour.
"When I'm touring I'm up so late that I'll probably sleep until 10, but when I'm home, probably 8," she shared.
