Kendall Jenner is heating up social media in her two-piece Alo workout ensemble. In a new post, the supermodel flaunts her fit figure in a selfie, wearing a matching gray set from the athleisure brand. How does she keep approaching health and wellness on a daily basis? Here is everything you need to know about her routine.

1. Lemon Water

Hot,Lemon,Water,In,A,China,CupShutterstock

Kendall starts her day by hydrating. “I always like to chug a bit of lemon water. I just made myself this special fresh juice situation – it’s carrots, celery, radish, ginger and turmeric,” she told British Vogue.

2. Cold Plunges

Kendall is all about self-care. “I have a lot of hacks and little things that I do. I do cold plunges – I did one earlier this morning and try to get in every day. Sometimes I miss a day because it’s hard to get myself there mentally, but do it as often as I can. It’s my thing right now,” she added.

3. Connecting with Nature

“I’ve been hearing a lot from doctors and spiritual guides about connecting with nature and how we all lack [exposure to] it. I’ve been trying to get myself outside and have honestly felt a lot better by doing so,” Kendall told Vogue. “I was away for a little while this summer and [just immersed myself] in nature. I left my phone at home – that kind of thing – and walked around with my film camera, so it was really nice. I highly recommend that for anybody and everybody.”

4. Mixing Up Workouts

“I like to switch it up. A physical therapist once told me that the best thing you can do for your body is to trick it, so it’s key to avoid getting into too much of a routine with your workouts. If you’re doing the same thing every morning, your body will start to get used to it, so you have to trick it by doing other things,” Kendall told Vogue about her approach to exercise. “Throughout the week, I’ll do a weights training class with my trainer, and then the next day I’ll go ride my horses, which is a pretty significant workout. And then the day after that, I’ll go and do Pilates. Then I’ll kind of just repeat and throw it all in within the week. It also keeps my brain less bored. I get up every morning and I’m like, “Okay, what physical activity am I doing today?” I like having a hobby inside of it all – I like to go boxing and things like that, it’s great to keep my brain involved.”

5. Self Help Books

Kendall.JennerKendall Jenner/Instagram

“I love self-help!” Kendall told Vogue when asked about books she reads. “Michael Singer is probably one of my favorites – The Untethered Soul and Surrender Experiment are two great ones. I don’t know if this is technically considered a self-help book, but I love Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss. I could re-read this book about 40 million times, I love it. What else? Cleo Wade has a really cute book called Heart Talk – it’s an easy read. It’s like poetry but also self-help, I really love it. I also love The Road Less Traveled, All About Love… I could literally go on.”

Courtney King is taking mirror selfies at the gym – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer flaunts her amazing figure in an exercise set during a sweat session. She shared the image via her Instagram Stories. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Nutrition Is Key

Courtney maintains that diet is extra important when trying to get into shape. “Nutrition is key to achieving the physique you want. The saying that you can’t out-train a bad diet is one I believe in 110%,” she told Muscle & Fitness.

Portion Control

Portion control is fundamental, per Courtney. “Of course you would love to eat the whole box of your favorite cereal, but it’s all about balance and controlling the amount you consume. That way, you can eat the things you like most—in moderation,” she says.

Protein and Veggies

Courtney stresses the importance of protein and produce. “Be sure to include protein in your meals throughout the day. I get my protein from lean whitefish, chicken, ground turkey, eggs, and whey protein shakes,” she says. As for veggies, they’re “packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals, so make sure to get enough servings of colorful, healthy vegetables each day,” she says. According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

Healthy Carbs and Fat

She also eats healthy carbs and fat. “Carbs are not evil. I incorporate lots of carbs into my diet depending on the times I train and what I’m training for. Carbs I prefer include oatmeal, quinoa, rice (brown and white), sweet potatoes, essential flaxseed bread, and Cheerios,” she says. “Avocados, walnuts, almond butter, olives, and flaxseed oil are healthy fats that are always welcome in my diet.”

Keep a Food Journal

Courtney suggests writing down the food you eat. “Having a notebook or a journal to track your progress can have a very positive effect. It holds you accountable for what you’re eating each day,” she says. There is scientific evidence supporting the benefits of meal planning. Studies the more meals you eat prepared away from home, the higher your risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and early death. And, one study published in the International Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity found meal planning was associated with a healthier diet and less obesity.

Kylie Rae Hall is rock climbing – in her two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post the activewear blogger shows off her amazing body in workout gear while at a rock climbing gym with a friend. “Get ready to monkey around with @KylieRae on #IRL,” the Instagram video is captioned. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Rock Climbing

In the video Kylie goes rock climbing. According to the NHS, rock climbing boasts mental and physical health benefits. It can improve stamina while working multiple muscle groups at once. “Climbing involves concentration and thought, as well as physical exercise, which helps to keep you focused, clear your mind of outside worries, and build your confidence and self-esteem,” they add. “This may help to alleviate the symptoms of some mental health problems.”

Sauna

Kylie likes to unwind in the sauna. “Hot, literally,” she captioned a post from inside. Should you take a dry sauna? While some claim the health benefits of saunas are plentiful, including detoxification, increased metabolism, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation, there isn’t a lot of research backing up the claims.

Baths and Hot Tub Soaks

She is also a fan of baths and soaking in the hot tub. Here she is on a mountain vacation enjoying the hot water and cold air. “I never want to leave 💖❄️,” she captioned the post. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Boot Camp

Kylie enjoys boot camp fitness. “Saturday sweat sesh/ boot camp with @inanna & @matthew_noszka 💪🏼💙☀️ (ps i know today is Sunday but it was yesterday 🙃) 15 stations 2 rounds each. I was dead after this but it’s so fun getting a group together & all motivating each other to keep going,” she captioned a post.

Reading

Kylie loves books and uses reading as a way to unwind. Here she is reading one. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Kardashian isn’t afraid of going on drastic diets to lose weight fast. To squeeze into Marilyn Monroe’s famous dress for the 2022 Met Gala she dropped 15 pounds in just three weeks by cutting all carbs and sugar out of her diet and drank a lot of water. “Two weeks before [the Met Gala], I was 10 pounds down and I was so proud of myself,” she said. “Then I got down 15 [pounds] and it fit. I couldn’t believe it.” She claims that the diet was safe. “If I was starving and doing it really unhealthy, I would say that, of course, that’s not a good message. But I had a nutritionist, I had a trainer. I have never drunk more water in my life. I don’t see the criticism for other people when they lost weight for roles — they are [considered] geniuses for their craft,” she told Allure. “There are so many things out there that are so not accurate and not true.”

2. Kylie Likes Working Out at Home

Kylie prefers at-home workouts. "I never find myself in a gym. I find myself on the floor of my bedroom, looking up on like, Google or Pinterest, workouts — and doing abs, lunges, squats. All that good stuff," Kylie revealed during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. According to the star, she works out every day, sometimes twice.

3. Kim Works Out Like It’s Her Job

Kim doesn’t mess around when it comes to fitness. She trains with bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara, who dished on the details of their sessions to Women’s Health. “Her schedule is crazy, and mine is also crazy, so we work out really early in the morning at 6 a.m,” she said, adding that "85 per cent of our training is weight training, and the other 15 is made up of cardio" and that Kim works out six days per week for 60-90 minutes each time. Ball slams, burpees, sprints, and ladder drills to get her heart rate up are just a few of their exercises. "She’s super responsible, she never cancels – she’s the best client and athlete you can have," Alcantara shared. "It’s just her drive. She's like, ‘I have to work out, this is part of my life.' It’s all about the mindset."

4. Kylie Mixes Up Her Meals

Breakfast,Skillet,Pan,Of,Fried,Egg,,Avocado,And,Tomato.,ServedShutterstock

Kylie maintains variety with every meal but breakfast. “Lately every morning I've been eating the same thing," Jenner said, revealing that she was obsessed with eggs, avocado, and turkey bacon. "A typical lunch for me — I can't eat the same thing every day — but I do love lemon chicken with vegetables," she added to Harper's Bazaar. "Sometimes, I'll make myself some tacos," she continued. "Today, at the shoot, I ordered a steak burrito and some rice, some enchiladas. I was feeling Mexican food vibes today. It really just depends." She also loves peach tea, bone broth, raw celery juice, and a vanilla iced latte with oat milk for breakfast.

5. Kim Wears Sauna Suits

To get into Met Gala shape, Kim took an extra step with her cardio. “I would wear a sauna suit twice a day [and also] run on the treadmill,” she told Vogue.

6. Kylie Does a Lot of Cardio

On the workout tab of Kylie’s Instagram page you can tell that the reality star does a lot of cardio to stay in shape. Not only does she walk and run on the treadmill, but also climbs on a stair climber. Her runs are no joke. She claims that she spends 30 minutes every day on the machine at a 12 include and 3.2 speed and then jogs at the end for as long as she can.

7. Kim Does LISS Workouts

Kim is a big fan of LISS workouts. "Two days out of the week we’ll do steady-state cardio," Alcantara explained to WH, "so just walking at a steady pace on the treadmill for usually around 20 minutes. Nothing getting the heart rate too high."

8. Kylie Does Pilates

"Most likely if it comes out of a box, it’s not going to be good for you." "Plant based and two workouts a day for 30 days to get our mind and body right this year!" Kim added in a January 2021 Instagram post.

10. Kylie Wears a Waist Trainer

Kylie claims that one of the secrets to her tiny waist is wearing a waist trainer while she is working out. Sports Research, the brand who makes one of the waist trimmers she wears, claims that the workout aide will “help you get the most out of your next cardio, circuit or high-intensity interval training session.” In a 2015 Instagram post she revealed why she is a fan. “I love a little extra help… I’m officially obsessed with after seeing how bomb my sisters look. It also helps with my posture,” she said.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
