Kendall Jenner is one of pop culture’s most iconic figures. She’s a member of the Kardashian-Jenner family and starred on Keeping Up With The Kardashians with them for years. Kendall’s also a successful model, and has walked for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Chanel, Vera Wang, and Michael Kors, just to name a few. She’s also a brand ambassador for Estee Lauder. Kendall has a large following on Instagram, and shared a bikini photo recently. How does Kendall Jenner keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of her secrets.

She Uses A Face Roller

Kendall has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Allure. Kendall revealed that she recently bought a jade roller to use on her face. “A roller that you use on your face to get the puffiness out. I used it on set the other day and liked it so I bought one.”

She Washes Her Face

Kendall tells Allure that washing her face is one of her biggest skincare secrets. “I always wash my face in the morning and at night. I have an obsession with keeping my face clean and feeling clean. I use ProactivMD which is basically a face wash, and then an acne fighting advanced retinoid, which is new for them and something that’s never been sold over the counter before, and then a moisturizer with some SPF in it.”

She Meditates

Kendall likes to practice meditation to help with her mental wellbeing. “I kept hearing about meditating and was skeptical about it, but decided [to] just do it,” she told Allure. “So I sat down for four days with a teacher and learned TM (Transcendental Meditation) and really dove into it, and I started to see such a difference in my mental health.”

She Eats Healthy Snacks

Kendall makes sure to eat healthy snacks each day. She shared her favorites on her app, as reported by WhoWhatWear. “I have low blood sugar, so I definitely need things to keep me going (aka lots of food!) Here’s what will forever and always make my list: Twix, Justin’s Peanut Butter, chips and guac, and hummus and carrots. See, pretty simple—just feed me, and I’m ready to go!”

She Works Out In The Morning

Kendall shared her typical routine in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. She says that she likes to workout in the mornings. “I prefer to work out in the morning. To stay toned, I do a lot of ab work with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and occasionally I’ll take a kickboxing class.”
