Kesha Stuns In Leopard Print Bikini

Kesha has never been afraid of showing off her amazing figure. She also wears a lot of bold outfits and looks. While on tour, Kesha enjoyed a beach day, and broke out her best bikini. She shared a photo of herself sunbathing on her Instagram story. Kesha wore a leopard print bikini, her abs on display. Here are 5 of Kesha’s secrets to keeping herself in shape.
She Works With A Trainer

Kesha works with trainer Kit Rich to keep herself in shape. He talked about working with the singer to POPSugar. “Our first session was on the beach. After our workout, she went and jumped in the ocean! It was freezing but she didn’t care. She became one of my absolute favorite people after that.”
She’s Consistent

No matter how busy Kesha gets, she always makes time to workout. Kit talked about this in his POPSugar interview. “When I was on tour with her, we trained almost every day. When she is in town, she stays consistent — mainly three times a week, sometimes four. Sessions are one hour long, but she is also great about working out on her own.”
She Switches Things Up

Kesha does a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. Kit shared a few of the singer’s go-to workouts with POPSugar. “Today, we did a 24 minute Tabata-inspired routine that only focused on arms using 10-pound weights, an eight-pound ball and a resistance band. So she did a total of six exercises for four minutes each (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off). Then for the second half, we did Pilates that mainly focused on her core.”
She Gets Enough Sleep

Kesha was diagnosed with CVID, and had to change aspects of her life after this. One of these things was getting more sleep. “I learned after my diagnosis that sleep is the most important thing,” she tells SELF. “I took that for granted for, God, about 29, 30 years. I feel like I’m just playing catch-up on my teens and twenties, still. But I try to get as much sleep as possible, and I have to protect that fiercely.”
She’s Kind To Herself
Kesha believes in being kind to herself and not being hard on herself. “If I just am kinder to myself, everything seems way more manageable,” Kesha explains. “When I first came out, I had this bravado, and it seemed like I don’t give a fuck, which, there are elements of that, but I’m only human. After receiving so many comments about what was wrong with me, I started taking the meanest commentary as the truth and my higher power. I started internalizing it.”
