In a new social media post the influencer and rumored girlfriend of Jaden Smith relaxes on the shoreline in a bathing suit. “At the beach listening to beach house,” she captioned the Instagram photos. “oh he got a hottie i see u jaden,” commented one of her followers. “u winnin bae,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Swimming
Khleopatre loves to swim. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
2. Reading
Khleopatre is a reader. She regularly shares passages from her favorite books on social media. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
3. Stand Up Paddleboarding
While on a trip to Jamaica, Khleopatre went paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
4. Kayaking
Khleopatre also loves kayaking. Here she is getting a workout in while in Palm Springs. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.
5. Hydration
Khleopatre makes sure to hydrate. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
