Khloe Kardashian is getting back to working out. She recently shared a video on Instagram of herself working out with her trainer. Kardashian is seen using weights, doing push-ups, and using the leg press machine. She captioned the post, “I hurt myself and couldn’t workout the way I wanted to for almost 2 months. Working my way back little by little 💪🏽 a few more weeks and I’ll be there. Then- I have to stay ready so I don’t need to get ready.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Khloe Kardashian stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Kardashian shared her skincare secrets in an interview with Into The Gloss. “Every night, I wash my face with two different cleansers. One is the Kiehl's Blue Herbal Gel Cleanser. It’s for breakouts because it’s just so intense. Then I use one that’s all-natural from my dermatologist, Dr. Christie Kidd. It’s really soft, and I use that to cleanse, too. I use either baby oil or coconut oil to take off my makeup before though. After that, I use La Mer's Crème de La Mer every night and then lather my skin in Bio-Oil Specialist Moisturizer. Sometimes I combine the two to thin it out, but I tend to like a really heavy cream to sleep in.”

2. She Strength Trains

Kardashian is seen using weights in her Instagram video. The American Heart Association states that strength training and using weights has a lot of benefits. “Strengthening your muscles gives you the ability to perform everyday activities and helps protect your body from injury. Stronger muscles also lead to a boost in your metabolic rate, which means you’ll burn more calories even when your body is at rest.”

3. She Does Push-Ups

In her Instagram video, Kardashian is seen doing push-ups with weights. Harvard Health states that doing push-ups has a lot of benefits. “The push-up engages your body from top to bottom. It works several muscle groups at once: the arms, chest, abdomen (core), hips, and legs. Push-ups also can be modified as needed.”

4. She Does Leg Presses

Kardashian uses the leg press machine in her Instagram video. Asphalt Green states that the leg press machine has a lot of benefits. “The leg press works all of the lower body muscles, but it really emphasizes the quads, hamstrings, and glutes. One of the big benefits of a machine like the leg press is that it can build those larger muscles, and it’s easy to use. There are those who argue this machine is less effective at building overall strength than free weight exercises; the truth is, no matter what you’ll still get stronger while you’re using it.”

5. She Works With A Trainer

Kardashian, like many, works with a personal trainer to stay fit. Ace Fitness states that having a personal trainer has a lot of benefits. “Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.”

Kardashian isn’t afraid of going on drastic diets to lose weight fast. To squeeze into Marilyn Monroe’s famous dress for the 2022 Met Gala she dropped 15 pounds in just three weeks by cutting all carbs and sugar out of her diet and drank a lot of water. “Two weeks before [the Met Gala], I was 10 pounds down and I was so proud of myself,” she said. “Then I got down 15 [pounds] and it fit. I couldn’t believe it.” She claims that the diet was safe. “If I was starving and doing it really unhealthy, I would say that, of course, that’s not a good message. But I had a nutritionist, I had a trainer. I have never drunk more water in my life. I don’t see the criticism for other people when they lost weight for roles — they are [considered] geniuses for their craft,” she told Allure. “There are so many things out there that are so not accurate and not true.”

2. Kylie Likes Working Out at Home

All that good stuff," Kylie revealed during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. According to the star, she works out every day, sometimes twice.

3. Kim Works Out Like It’s Her Job

Ball slams, burpees, sprints, and ladder drills to get her heart rate up are just a few of their exercises. "She’s super responsible, she never cancels – she’s the best client and athlete you can have," Alcantara shared. "It’s just her drive. She's like, ‘I have to work out, this is part of my life.' It’s all about the mindset."

4. Kylie Mixes Up Her Meals

"A typical lunch for me — I can't eat the same thing every day — but I do love lemon chicken with vegetables," she added to Harper's Bazaar. "Sometimes, I'll make myself some tacos," she continued. "Today, at the shoot, I ordered a steak burrito and some rice, some enchiladas. I was feeling Mexican food vibes today. It really just depends." She also loves peach tea, bone broth, raw celery juice, and a vanilla iced latte with oat milk for breakfast.

7. Kim Does LISS Workouts

Kourtney Kardashian is back at the gym. In a new social media post the reality star, who welcomed her fourth child, Rocky Thirteen, less than two months ago, revealed that she has returned to the gym. "Doing the most important job in the world... being a mommy," Kardashian wrote from the treadmill. "Keeping my baby alive, on-demand breastfeeding means keeping calories high with lots of nourishing foods." What workout is the 44-year-old relying on to achieve her postpartum health goals? Celebwell has all the details.

1. Kourtney Revealed She Is Doing the 12-3-30 Workout

Last week Kardashian revealed she was “taking it easy” with a “healing” workout. “7 weeks postpartum: first day in the gym doing 30 minutes walking 3.0 12.0 incline taking it easy, no rush no pressure mamas, your body is healing, it's not a race,” she wrote.

2. Kourtney Was Back on the Treadmill This Week

This week she was back at it. "Taking time to slowly ease back into some uphill walks on the treadmill when I can sneak them in, along with my walks outside in the stroller. Be kind to yourself," she wrote alongside a heart emoji.

3. What Is the 12-3-30 Workout?

Running,Machine,A,Safe,Way,To,Exercise,At,Home,AsShutterstock

Kourtney’s postpartum workout of choice is the 12-3-30 treadmill workout, a cardio formula that went viral a few years back. It involves walking on a 12 incline at a speed of three for 30 minutes.

4. It’s Similar to Climbing a Hill or Hiking

Brunette,Woman,Walking,In,The,WoodsShutterstock

How does the workout compare to walking with no incline? “It’s like climbing up a hill,” explains Philadelphia-based trainer Kendra Gamble of HIT Fitness. “You will burn more calories walking up a steep hill than you do walking on a flat surface.”

5. Does It Burn Fat?

Contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t directly burn fat, “it just burns calories,” she says, and “more calories burnt equals calorie deficit equals more fat burned.”

6. How Many Calories Can You Burn Doing the 12-3-30 Workout?

Kourtney.Kardashian.5Kourtney Kardashian/Instagram

The number of calories you'll burn from the workout depends on a few factors, including your age, fitness level, and weight. According to a 2012 study published in the Journal of Biomechanics, energy expenditure increased by 17% on a 5% incline and by 32% on a 10% incline, so doing the 12-3-30 will burn about twice as many calories as walking with zero incline.

Kim Kardashian has an amazing body. And she works hard to keep it that way. The reality star shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. Recently, she shared a photo of herself in the gym on her Instagram story. Kardashian captioned the photo, “Getting it in today! 2 hours in the gym is good for the mental," tagging trainer Senada Greca. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kim Kardashian stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Eats Simple Carbs

Kardashian makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One thing she incorporates into it is simple carbs. Kardashian talked about this on her app. “There’s a myth that eating carbs is bad, but this isn’t true,” she said. “My trainer Mel [Alcantara] always says that before and after you train, you should eat simple carbs, like sweet potatoes, and small amounts of fat and protein, like chicken. You should also have veggies with your meals, since you need them to help effectively break down and absorb your protein, fat and carbs.”

2. She Works With A Trainer

Kardashian likes to work with trainers to help her stay in shape. ACE Fitness states that working with a personal trainer has a lot of benefits. “Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.”

3. She Sets Goals

Halftone,Hand,Writes,On,Notebook,Sheet.,Trendy,Retro,Style.,TheShutterstock

One of Kardashian’s trainers, Melissa Alcantara, talked about working with her to Women’s Health. Alcantara reveals that she has Kardashian set goals, as they help motivate her to accomplish them. "When I work with Kim, we like to set goals that we can feel good about reaching,” Alcantara said. “Once we have a goal set, we write it down. I’ve found that helps hold you accountable. And, it feels amazing when you do finally reach your goal!"

4. She Runs On The Treadmill

Kardashian likes to run on the treadmill to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself doing so on her Instagram story. "Been sprinting every day,” Kardashian said in the video. “I've been seeing changes! [It's] hard to video and sprint 😂." Healthy Talbot states that using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. “Treadmill working is an aerobic/ cardio exercise. Studies demonstrate that aerobic exercise can minimize the risk of heart diseases. Moreover, they can strengthen your heart muscles. This helps to lower blood pressure and allows the heart to pump blood more efficiently. Most doctors recommend aerobic exercise to people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. Cardiovascular exercises control cholesterol levels in the blood, preventing artery blockage. They increase high-density lipoprotein and reduce low-density lipoprotein in the blood.”

5. She Weight Trains

Kim K.1Kim Kardashian/Instagram

Kardashian does a lot of weight training to keep herself in shape. She talked about this in one of her Instagram posts. "We’re back in the gym heavy,” Kardashian wrote. “I would say every six months I take two weeks off from lifting. Sometimes you just need a break to recharge and chill but then I miss it so much and feel so good to be back at it."

Isabelle Mathers
Isabelle Mathers/Instagram

Isabelle Mathers knows how to turn fitness into fashion. The influencer and model has built a massive following through her stylish collaborations, and her latest collection with CSB is no exception.

Recently, Mathers gave fans a glimpse of her go-to workout looks, modeling sleek two-piece sets in soft toffee and blush tones. The brand captioned the post, “Our fit checks until further notice 🤎 toffee & blush by @isabellemathersx now live.” While she looks effortlessly chic, her fitness routine isn’t just about style—it’s about fueling her body with the right foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

From nutrient-packed meals to balanced eating habits, here’s a look at how Mathers stays in top shape.

She Loves Avocado

Mathers makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In this photo, she is seen eating a salad with avocado. The Cleveland Clinic says that avocado is very healthy. “Avocados are a good source of fiber, which is a type of carbohydrate that your body can’t break down. You need both soluble and insoluble fiber — and lucky for you, avocados have both.”

She Loves Cucumbers

In the previous Instagram story, Mathers included cucumbers in her salad. Cucumbers are very good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Yes, cucumbers are a great part of a healthy diet! Cucumbers belong to the gourd or Cucurbitaceae family, along with pumpkins, squash and melons. This low-calorie fruit (yes, a fruit — it has seeds and grows from a flowering plant!) is chock-full of water and other nutrients, including fiber, vitamins A, K and C, potassium and calcium.”

She Loves Tomatoes

Mathers also put tomatoes in the salad in her Instagram story. According to The Cleveland Clinic, they are very good for you. “One cup of tomato juice offers 45 milligrams of vitamin C — about 75% of an adult’s daily needs. A powerful antioxidant, vitamin C helps boost your body’s immune cells that fight infection and prevent free radical damage to your healthy cells.”

She Loves Lettuce

Mathers naturally included lettuce in her salad. Lettuce is really good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Lettuce is chock-full of antioxidants. These food chemicals protect you against free radicals, which cause inflammation and may contribute to eye diseases, diabetes and other chronic conditions. Research shows that eating a small side salad before your main course can help you feel fuller. As a result, you eat fewer calories during your meal. Findings suggest that starting your meal with a salad can lead to weight loss or help you maintain a healthy weight.”

She Loves Tuna

Lastly, Mathers included tuna in her salad. Safe Beat says that tuna has a lot of health benefits. “Tuna is rich in potassium, which is known for lowering blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids in combination with potassium bring an anti-inflammatory effect to the cardiovascular system, which in turn benefits us by lowering blood pressure, risk of stroke and heart attacks.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
