After being accused of using the weight loss drug, Ozempic, to lose weight, she pointed out that she has made exercise a priority for years. “Let’s not discredit my years of working out,” she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram comment. “I get up 5 days a week at 6am to train. Please stop with your assumptions.”

2. Rowing

Khloe is a fan of Hydrow, an at-home rowing machine. “I can get an amazing workout in a fraction of the time, especially on days I have like no time to myself,” she captioned a recent post. She can “get a total body workout done in just 20 minutes,” she added in another post. “Efficiency is key for me in this crazy life and I'm obsessed with my new Hydrow. Khloé “always had a really unhealthy relationship with food,” she told Health. “When I was younger and was sad, I would eat—I was an emotional eater. And then I hated the way I felt after that. I was almost punishing myself for binging or having a bag of chips—it just became so much thought. When I started working out, I decided to make some lifestyle changes. So I'd say, for example, this week I am just going to do one thing—I'm just going to cut out sugar. Then, maybe I'd try to do it for a month. "When I work with Kim, we like to set goals that we can feel good about reaching,” Alcantara said. “Once we have a goal set, we write it down. I’ve found that helps hold you accountable. And, it feels amazing when you do finally reach your goal!"

To squeeze into Marilyn Monroe’s famous dress for the 2022 Met Gala she dropped 15 pounds in just three weeks by cutting all carbs and sugar out of her diet and drank a lot of water. “Two weeks before [the Met Gala], I was 10 pounds down and I was so proud of myself,” she said. “Then I got down 15 [pounds] and it fit. I couldn’t believe it.” She claims that the diet was safe. “If I was starving and doing it really unhealthy, I would say that, of course, that’s not a good message. But I had a nutritionist, I had a trainer. I have never drunk more water in my life. I don’t see the criticism for other people when they lost weight for roles — they are [considered] geniuses for their craft,” she told Allure. “There are so many things out there that are so not accurate and not true.”

Magazine. “I’ve found that if every week I do something different it tricks my muscles into not getting used to doing any one thing. I’ve been doing pilates, I’ve been doing yoga, I’ve done just plain old walking. I wear 10 pound weights on my ankles while I’m working just so that as I’m moving during the day I’m constantly building muscle. It’s not great for your back but I’m doing it anyway. I do a booty workout thing that I just did for Shape, which was really fun. And I do Zumba. I have DVDs and I dance around like a crazy person in my house.”

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.
