Recently, she shared a photo of herself in the gym on her Instagram story. Kardashian captioned the photo, “Getting it in today! 2 hours in the gym is good for the mental," tagging trainer Senada Greca. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Eats Simple Carbs

Kardashian makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One thing she incorporates into it is simple carbs. Kardashian talked about this on her app. “There’s a myth that eating carbs is bad, but this isn’t true,” she said. “My trainer Mel [Alcantara] always says that before and after you train, you should eat simple carbs, like sweet potatoes, and small amounts of fat and protein, like chicken. You should also have veggies with your meals, since you need them to help effectively break down and absorb your protein, fat and carbs.”

2. She Works With A Trainer

Kardashian likes to work with trainers to help her stay in shape. ACE Fitness states that working with a personal trainer has a lot of benefits. “Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.”

One of Kardashian’s trainers, Melissa Alcantara, talked about working with her to Women’s Health. Alcantara reveals that she has Kardashian set goals, as they help motivate her to accomplish them. "When I work with Kim, we like to set goals that we can feel good about reaching,” Alcantara said. “Once we have a goal set, we write it down. I’ve found that helps hold you accountable. And, it feels amazing when you do finally reach your goal!"

4. She Runs On The Treadmill

Kardashian likes to run on the treadmill to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself doing so on her Instagram story. "Been sprinting every day,” Kardashian said in the video. “I've been seeing changes! [It's] hard to video and sprint 😂." Healthy Talbot states that using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. “Treadmill working is an aerobic/ cardio exercise. Studies demonstrate that aerobic exercise can minimize the risk of heart diseases. Moreover, they can strengthen your heart muscles. This helps to lower blood pressure and allows the heart to pump blood more efficiently. Most doctors recommend aerobic exercise to people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. Cardiovascular exercises control cholesterol levels in the blood, preventing artery blockage. They increase high-density lipoprotein and reduce low-density lipoprotein in the blood.”

5. She Weight Trains

Kardashian does a lot of weight training to keep herself in shape. She talked about this in one of her Instagram posts. "We’re back in the gym heavy,” Kardashian wrote. “I would say every six months I take two weeks off from lifting. Sometimes you just need a break to recharge and chill but then I miss it so much and feel so good to be back at it."
