Kimberly Snyder is a wellness expert. She hosts the Feel Good podcast, and is the founder of Solluna. Snyder shares a lot of her wellness secrets on Instagram. Recently, she shared her meditation and mantras in a post. Snyder captioned it, “There really is this expansive place of creativity, groundedness, safety, love and peace, right inside of you. And you can access it through the power of YOUR amazing heart!”

She Meditates

Snyder revealed in her Instagram post that she likes to meditate. She wrote in the caption, “Over the years, my guiding mantra has been to share what has helped me, not just a little bit but incredibly, down to my bones, across my daily life and energy…because I believe we are here to support one another. It is the same passion I felt over the years when I created my Glowing Green Smoothie and how to fix my digestive issues that has led me to this powerful HeartAlign Meditation. It’s been nothing short of life-changing for me, which is why I’m so passionate about sharing it!”

She Doesn't Try To Control Things

Snyder talked about the importance of trying to not control things in the caption of this Instagram video. “Try this right now: No matter what you’re feeling- low, high, constricted or abundant, focus on your heart. Take a few deep breaths and feel grounded inside your center. Feel that shift? Life is always going to be like the ocean, moving, shifting, changing. It’s NOT where real safety and security lies. The more we try to control and have expectations for life, the more stress comes in. The way to health, vitality, incredible joy and peace amidst great challenges comes from centering ourselves in our mighty hearts. Our hearts which are also brains and energetic power centers.”

She Walks

Snyder likes to walk to keep herself in shape. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “Nowadays, my main form of exercise is walking. In the past, I would NEVER have thought that walking would be enough to keep my body in the shape I wanted. But it actually does! My heart’s intuition tells me how good this is for my body. I walk around our house in a hilly place so there is an element of weight-bearing exercise, and it clears my mind as I walk in nature. I also do stretching, and this type of free form movement on my yoga mat. I find it tremendously powerful when I feel the need to release old energy and expand.”

She Makes Snack Wraps

Snyder shares a lot of her favorite recipes on Instagram. She shared her recipe for a snack wrap in this Instagram video. Snyder captioned it, “This snack is complete with raw honey (from our farm!), fresh banana, almond butter, and an almond flour based wrap. All you do is make a paste with the GGP + almond butter + honey, warm up your wrap, and spread the paste onto it, topping with banana! Please try it out for yourself- or let it inspire your own variation! The Glowing Greens Powder is on our Solluna website, or Amazon if you want to check out 🙏🏽💚Our vitality builds (or depletes) each day with how we eat, how we live, how we love. May you care for your unique body, and follow your heart!”

She Loves Salad

Snyder shared one of her favorite salad recipes in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “One of the simplest, most flavorful dishes that makes for a beautiful, big salad to share with friends and family! Jicama- Pumpkin Seed Slaw🥑😋Prepping is key here and makes this dish so easy to put together! You can even prep the veggies the night before and assemble for lunch or dinner the next day. The ingredients all consist of whole foods that have amazing health benefits like: • Cabbage, which is one of my personal favorite cruciferous veggies, containing soluble and insoluble fiber, which is nourishing to your gut health, heart health, and entire body • Pumpkin seeds, also rich in magnesium and promote your heart health • Jicama contains potassium and even more fiber! • Apple cider vinegar also supports your gut health... once again, there is a connection between your heart, brain and gut health. “

She Does Bicycles

Kaiser likes to do bicycles to keep herself in shape. She shared her tips for doing them correctly in this Instagram post. Kaiser captioned the post, “Are YOU doing bicycles with correct FORM?! I know this seems like a common, straightforward exercise, when in fact 90% of clients perform bicycles incorrectly and end up doing more harm than good to their core and lower back. Try these simple fixes to make your core workout safer, more effective, and more challenging 🚲💪🏼”

She Works Her Lower Body

Kaiser doesn’t skip leg day. She revealed in this Instagram video that she likes to do things like curtsy lunges and holds to work her lower body. She Eats Overnight Oats

Kaiser makes sure to eat healthy fats in her diet. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram post. Kaiser captioned it, “🚨PSA: EAT GOOD FAT!! Many of us (myself included) grew up during the ‘fat-free’ craze which ingrained in us a fear of fat of any kind. You need healthy fats for your brain, skin, and heart health, blood sugar regulation (keeping you full longer), blood pressure, reducing inflammation, and gut health!! I start everyday now with either a tsp of olive oil or MCT oil before my coffee to help stave off the carb craving, boost my energy, and keep myself going all morning. Think: avocados, fish, nuts, seeds, olives, healthy oils! This is one of my favorite quick recipes that ALSO gives you a great dose of FIBER (95% of Americans are deficient) Healthy fats will also help your body absorb nutrients more efficiently, so always try to add a little fat with your dark leafy greens 😉”

She Loves Oats

Kaiser likes to eat overnight oats in the morning. She shared one of her favorite recipes in this Instagram video, captioning it, “Ever find yourself thinking ‘I don’t have time for breakfast?’ With busy mornings getting kids and dogs fed, I needed some easy healthy go-to meals to get us revved up and out the door on time! 😋 With 42% of your daily fiber and 20g of protein from a 3 minute 3 ingredient recipe that’s been my go to for years and is also kid approved! SAVE this post and let me know how it goes... 🫐🍓🍴Perfect for easing back into the school year! 📚🚌Note: substitute any protein of your choosing for the peptides or chia for the flax!”

She Loves Cardio

Kaiser likes to do dance cardio to keep herself in shape. She talked about why she loves it in the caption of this Instagram video. “Dance is POWER - for your mind AND body 💃😉 Whatever your fitness goal(s) may be- there are NUMEROUS benefits to doing dance-based workouts (both mentally & physically!!) In combining my love for dance with the science and functionality of fitness, I created a unique interval workout that I truly felt the fitness space was lacking. I want to prove exercise can feel good, and be something that can challenge/open your mind to new patterns of movement, bringing you a crazy high that you only feel after you truly accomplish/learn something NEW!!”

Powerlifter Kristy Hawkins Shares "Squat Workout"

Kristy Hawkins is getting a workout in and explaining why she opted out of Queen of the Platform. In a new social media post the powerlifter shows off her strength and impressive physique in a two-piece exercise set during a workout. “So this was my last squat workout before flying out to Florida to compete at Queen of the Platform, and I felt some tearing in my right outer quad halfway up. The swelling was not that bad so I thought there was about a 50/50 chance I could still compete. I flew out here, weighed in, and warmed up to about 200kg before making the difficult decision to pull out of the meet. It’s a pretty minor injury but I still felt a sharp pain that let me know it was not going to be a good day. I just need a little more time to heal,” she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are all of her top diet and fitness tips.

Cardio Doesn't Always Cut It

Close,Up,Shoes,Woman's,Muscular,Legs,Feet,During,Running, TreadmillShutterstock

Kristy, a PhD, was overweight as a teen. She told Muscle & Fitness that she struggled and used extreme dieting to lose weight, and developed an eating disorder. She also devoted a lot of time to “work off” the excess weight with cardio and dance.

Take a Walk

Kristy understands the importance of getting her steps in. Luckily her dog, He-Man the Pug, who accompanies her to the gym, motivates her to walk. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Swim

Kristy also enjoys swimming — and so does He-Man. “Had to repost from @he_man_the_pug because I love him so much and am slightly sorry I traumatized him. But I loved how he kept trying to climb on top of my shoulders,” she joked in a caption about one of their swimming sessions. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Train Your Brain

Aside from being one of the best female powerlifters of all time, Kristy is always training her mind. She is actually a biologist! “Not powerlifting-related but this is how @he_man_the_pug and I spend our days. I’m proud to be a co-founder and CSO of Antheia using synthetic biology to revolutionize the way plant-inspired medicines are manufactured. #dogsofantheia #science,” she captioned a post.

Lift Weights

However, it wasn’t until she started strength training that she was able to heal. “In the same way my brain seemed natural to respond to learning about science and math,” she explains to Muscle & Fitness, “my body responded to exercise and training. I found that developing these two aspects of my life – mind, and body – created a balance that I found extremely rewarding.”

Fitness model Jen Selter is sharing some highly encouraging and realistic fitness tips for 2024. Selter, 30, posted a video of herself working out in a green two-piece outfit, using dumbbells and resistance bands.

“Some tips to help you stay motivated:

  1. Set Realistic Goals
  2. Create a Routine
  3. Track Progress
  4. Find a Workout Buddy
  5. Mix It Up
  6. Reward Yourself
  7. Listen to Your Body

Be proud of yourself at every step of your fitness journey. It’s not just a destination, it’s a lifestyle💪🏼,” she captioned the post. Here’s what Selter’s diet and workouts look like, and her advice for living your best life.

1. Squats and Lunges

Selter’s enviable glutes are the result of plenty of lunges and squats. “Some of my favorite lower body movements are squat and lunge variations, stairmaster intervals and kickbacks,” she tells New Beauty. “I like working them into my workout routine by doing them in two-movement supersets, or Tabata-style, to get my heart rate up. I share all of my workout tips and a complete lower body and booty guide on my app with Fitplan. You get a free week trial, and it’s where I share all my secrets to reach your lower body’s best potential!”

2. Fuel Your Body

Selter swears by hydration and cheat meals for a happy, balanced life. “There’s only so much you can do in a gym, nutrition is just as important! It’s crucial to fuel your body with the proper nutrients to recover fast and build muscle,” she tells New Beauty. “But that doesn’t mean there’s no room for cheat meals! A healthy life and a healthy diet is all about balance. By far, my number one accessory is my water bottle, I need it to stay hydrated. Sometimes I forget to drink enough water both in and out of the gym. I also love having a pair of gloves to assist me when I’m lifting weights. I like Props Athletics gloves, or any gloves that have a nice design.”

3. Breakfast of Champions

Selter is not one of those fitness influencers who skips breakfast. “Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day!” she tells Women Fitness. “I usually start my mornings with a smoothie which I make myself with my BlendJet which is a portable blender. My shakes are blended with a mixture of fruits, nuts, oat milk, and coffee. Following my shake I will have eggs or oatmeal, I usually alternate. On the weekends I enjoy cooking protein pancakes which are delicious. I have recipes on my Instagram, blog, and YouTube. I’m all about moderation! I don’t believe in depriving yourself of the things you love most. For example, I LOVE dark chocolate. I don’t remember the last day I went a day without having it! But I don’t over indulge. I also LOVE my cheat meals, and have a cheat meal once a week.”

4. Living With Anxiety

Selter feels empowered after sharing her battles with anxiety on social media. “After sharing on my stories that I’ve suffered from anxiety, so many of my followers reached out with such a strong sense of support and advice,” she tells Women Fitness. “It made me realize that so many people are struggling with mental health disorders and no one really talks about it. So many people were saying ‘but your life seems so perfect.’ That is just a social media facade. So I would say the best part is that I have this AMAZING community that I am so thankful for. The worst part is that sharing my personal life can be a bit intimidating. However, sharing this inner struggle with my followers has taught me so much.”

5. Her Best Advice

Selter wants everyone to feel confident in themselves and appreciate their own unique qualities. “My first bit of advice is to eliminate all negative thoughts and negative energy about who you are. No one is perfect, embrace your flaws! It’s what makes you, YOU,” she tells New Beauty. “Your goal should be to be the best version of yourself, and that means finding confidence and having a positive outlook on who you are. I always recommend waking up and writing down a few things you love about yourself and using them as a mantra throughout the day. Avoid comparing yourself to others and stay focused on you, your goals and your best qualities. For every negative thought, replace it by two good ones, and don’t stop until you appreciate your beautiful self.”

Twilight star Ashley Greene is giving fans a glimpse at the highlights of her year so far. Greene, 36, shared several pictures of herself and family, including one of the star wearing black leggings and a purple workout top, looking fresh-faced and very toned. “Life lately,” she captioned the post, adding the word “commitment” for her workout selfie. Greene is now the co-owner of a gym, and her fitness routine has adapted to motherhood—here’s how the actress stays fit and full of energy.

1. Sweating For Good Headspace

Greene previously talked about her love for Rise Nation workouts in Los Angeles. “Mentally, for me, it’s so important. It really keeps me kind of sharp and focused,” she told Women’s Health. “I kind of alternate between doing the Versa classes and strength training and I’m waiting for the day that I can do them both in one day! It’s always that thing where, even when I don’t go to the gym, if I’m just sweating and being active – even if it’s not an intense session – I always feel so much better and things are much more organized in my head.”

2. Fueling Her Workouts

Toast,With,Peanut,Butter,,Banana,Slices,,Honey,And,Almond,FlakesShutterstock

Greene eats to fuel her workouts. “I used to have to have breakfast, but it was, like, yogurt,” she told Women’s Health. “Now I have to have two pieces of wholegrain toast and almond butter, honey and bananas on top. That would bother some people because it’s got a decent amount of fat, but you have to recognise that it’s fuel; it doesn’t matter if I’m putting calories and fat into my body – I need it to do the type of strength training that I like to do.”

3. Postpartum Fitness

Greene was careful about jumping back into her workout routine after welcoming daughter Kingsley Rainn in September 2022. "I wanted to feel fully back into my body… I really wanted to focus on making sure that I gave myself enough rest for everything to go back into place, and made sure that I wasn't trying to jump back into where I was and hurting myself," she told PEOPLE. "I feel like there's this idea that you are cleared after eight weeks and you can just jump back in, and that is so far from the case. I think it's really damaging to a lot of people.”

4. Learning Self-Confidence

Greene has learned to become comfortable and confident in her own skin. “I don't know that I've ever met someone who hasn't had some type of insecure moment or stage,” she told HuffPost. “You're growing and you're learning, and some days are good and some are bad. I'm definitely the most comfortable in my skin than I've ever been. I understand that a lot of things aren't the end of the world.”

5. Gym Owner

Greene and husband Paul Khory opened their own gym NexGen Fitness in Sherman Oaks, CA, and she is thrilled her daughter will grow up being familiar with the place. “She was just running around this place that holds so much importance to all of us,” she told PEOPLE. “She’ll grow up understanding and have such a toolbox for mental health and physical fitness and reproductive rights, and that’s such a cool thing to be able to give all that to your daughter. It’s much more fulfilling to put your name and your face behind something that you truly care about."

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
