Kimberly Snyder is a wellness expert. She hosts the Feel Good podcast, and is the founder of Solluna. Snyder shares a lot of her wellness secrets on Instagram. Recently, she shared her meditation and mantras in a post. Snyder captioned it, “There really is this expansive place of creativity, groundedness, safety, love and peace, right inside of you. And you can access it through the power of YOUR amazing heart!”


She Meditates

Snyder revealed in her Instagram post that she likes to meditate. She wrote in the caption, “Over the years, my guiding mantra has been to share what has helped me, not just a little bit but incredibly, down to my bones, across my daily life and energy…because I believe we are here to support one another. It is the same passion I felt over the years when I created my Glowing Green Smoothie and how to fix my digestive issues that has led me to this powerful HeartAlign Meditation. It’s been nothing short of life-changing for me, which is why I’m so passionate about sharing it!”

She Doesn't Try To Control Things

Snyder talked about the importance of trying to not control things in the caption of this Instagram video. “Try this right now: No matter what you’re feeling- low, high, constricted or abundant, focus on your heart. Take a few deep breaths and feel grounded inside your center. Feel that shift? Life is always going to be like the ocean, moving, shifting, changing. It’s NOT where real safety and security lies. The more we try to control and have expectations for life, the more stress comes in. The way to health, vitality, incredible joy and peace amidst great challenges comes from centering ourselves in our mighty hearts. Our hearts which are also brains and energetic power centers.”

She Walks

Snyder likes to walk to keep herself in shape. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “Nowadays, my main form of exercise is walking. In the past, I would NEVER have thought that walking would be enough to keep my body in the shape I wanted. But it actually does! My heart’s intuition tells me how good this is for my body. I walk around our house in a hilly place so there is an element of weight-bearing exercise, and it clears my mind as I walk in nature. I also do stretching, and this type of free form movement on my yoga mat. I find it tremendously powerful when I feel the need to release old energy and expand.”

She Makes Snack Wraps

Snyder shares a lot of her favorite recipes on Instagram. She shared her recipe for a snack wrap in this Instagram video. Snyder captioned it, “This snack is complete with raw honey (from our farm!), fresh banana, almond butter, and an almond flour based wrap. All you do is make a paste with the GGP + almond butter + honey, warm up your wrap, and spread the paste onto it, topping with banana! Snyder shared one of her favorite salad recipes in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “One of the simplest, most flavorful dishes that makes for a beautiful, big salad to share with friends and family! Jicama- Pumpkin Seed Slaw🥑😋Prepping is key here and makes this dish so easy to put together! You can even prep the veggies the night before and assemble for lunch or dinner the next day. The ingredients all consist of whole foods that have amazing health benefits like: • Cabbage, which is one of my personal favorite cruciferous veggies, containing soluble and insoluble fiber, which is nourishing to your gut health, heart health, and entire body • Pumpkin seeds, also rich in magnesium and promote your heart health • Jicama contains potassium and even more fiber! • Apple cider vinegar also supports your gut health... once again, there is a connection between your heart, brain and gut health. “
