Kindly Myers in Two-Piece Workout Gear Enjoys "Farm Life"

Here’s how she stays in shape.

Kindly Meyers is a successful model and Army veteran. She shares a lot of gorgeous photos on Instagram, earning praise from her 3.4 million followers. Meyers recently enjoyed a day at a farm and hung out with horses and donkeys. She shared some photos and videos on Instagram from the day this week. In it, Meyers wore a black workout top and dark green workout pants. She captioned the post, "Hanging out with the boys. Gang gang." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kindly Meyers stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

She's Consistent With Exercise

Meyers shares her fitness journey on Twitter. She says that she is trying to be as consistent as possible when it comes to fitness. Meyers shared this photo and video of herself in workout gear on her account. She wrote in the Tweet, "Getting ready to go to the gym. It's hard to stay on track with diet and fitness while traveling so much. I have to be consistent while I'm home at least."

She Works With A Trainer

Meyers revealed in this Tweet that she works with a personal trainer. "I've been working out with my trainer 4-5 days per week." ACE Fitness states that having a trainer is very beneficial, as trainers can help prevent injuries. "If you are new to exercise or find that some movements are painful, it is worth hiring a trainer to be certain that you are moving in a safe and effective way. Taking the time to learn proper exercise technique can improve your results and prevent annoying injuries."

She Does Cardio

Also in the previous Tweet, Meyers writes that she does cardio workouts six to seven days a week. Exercise physiologist, Eric Van Iterson, PHD, MS, tells The Cleveland Clinic that cardio has a lot of benefits. "When part of an overall heart-healthy lifestyle, not only can regular cardio exercise lead to a decrease in your resting blood pressure and heart rate, but these basic changes can also mean your heart doesn't have to work unnecessarily hard all of the time," says Dr. Van Iterson. "Maintaining a good cardio routine also helps improve good cholesterol levels while lowering blood fats."

She Hikes

Another outdoor activity Meyers likes to do is go for hikes. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself hiking in Twin Falls, Rock Island State Park in Tennessee. Meyers captioned the post, "Today was a fun day. Decided to hike to Twin Falls. It was much more beautiful than these photos and videos can show. It was a gloomy partially rainy day but that was fine it was still worth the trip."

She Horseback Rides

Meyers spends a lot of time outside. As you can tell from her Instagram post, she loves spending time with horses. Meyers also loves to go riding. In this set of photos and videos she posted from a trip to Maui, she is seen riding with a friend. Meyers captioned the post, "I'm ready to go back to Maui."
