In a new social media post  the model and self declared "professional smokeshow" flaunts her fit figure in a two-piece workout seat heading to a workout at Carbon Performance, a Nashville gym that "really has everything," she added in another post. Kindly relies on strength training workouts with a personal trainer to stay in shape. "I've been working out with my trainer 4-5 days per week," she revealed on X. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength training and lifting weights help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Kindly also does a lot of cardio. In a post on X she revealed that "doing cardio 6-7 days a week," is part of her routine. In a recent Instagram post she revealed that she loves the treadmill and also the stairclimber.

Kindly also enjoys outdoor exercise, like hiking. "Today was a fun day. Decided to hike to Twin Falls. It was much more beautiful than these photos and videos can show. It was a gloomy partially rainy day but that was fine it was still worth the trip.#outdoors #hiking #waterfall #travel," she captioned a post. Kindly loves horseback riding. She recently went for a ride at Sunset Ranch Hollywood. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Meyers understands what it takes to get into and stay in shape. In one photo and video on X she revealed that it involves more than just actually working out. "Getting ready to go to the gym. It's hard to stay on track with diet and fitness while traveling so much. I have to be consistent while I'm home at least," she wrote. "Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going!" she added in another tweet
