Recently, Kinsey added some other workouts. "Now I'm a full Pilates girly and just tons of walking. Finally I feel my body responding the way I want, I have always been curvy and staying lean has always been a struggle but I am really happy with where I am at and loving my new routine," she said in the same post.

Snorkel and Free Dive

When she is near water, you can find Kinsey snorkeling and freediving. "Yesterday I got to free dive with sharks and it was the most unreal experience," she captioned a post. There are health benefits to putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Kinsey is a surfer. "I prefer this life," she captioned an Instagram Reel of all the outdoor activities she loves, including surfing. The Australian government's Better Health says that the water sport provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Kinsey takes baths, which have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
