Kaia Gerber is, simply put, beautiful. The 23-year old model recently stepped out with her parents, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, to attend the opening night of Good Night, and Good Luck's stage adaptation. To no surprise, Kaia looked stunning. If you want to know how she maintains her model physique, look no further than the workouts she does with her trainer, Kirsty Godso. Specifically, Kirsty's go-to "glutes combo," which is an excellent recipe to add to your workout to achieve a toned body.

Other A-list celebs who train with Kirsty include Maddie Ziegler and Olivia Rodrigo. Kirsty posts many inspiring videos on Instagram of her lower-body workouts, including her go-to glute workout. It's definitely a great addition to any glute day—and the great news is, you can follow the video right at home.

She Does Single-Leg Hip Thrusts

In her Instagram video, Kirsty is seen doing single-leg hip thrusts with and without a weight. She does eight reps on each leg.

Kirsty captioned the video, "The glute combo you'll thank me for later. When I'm traveling or not in the mood for heavy hip thrusts this combo always helps keep my glutes strong and confident! Use a moderate weight kettlebell or dumbbell and rest it on your hip. Stay on the same side for both exercises before hitting the second side. Expect to feel the sizzle [fire emoji] 3-4 rounds in your workout does the trick!"

In addition to building strength in the glutes, single-leg hip thrusts train the core, hamstrings, and quads. According to PureGym, single-leg hip thrusts call for more core engagement compared to bilateral hip thrusts.

According to Vogue, Kirsty conducts workout classes at Sky Ting Studio in New York City, where she teaches a combo of cardio, strength, and yoga. She's also been known to put on one of her intense Nike Training Club videos to achieve a serious burn. The Nike Global Trainer brings on high energy and much goodness to the mind, body, and soul.

Get excited, because you don't have to travel to Manhattan to join in on Kirsty's workouts. The trainer's website, PYRO, showcases an entire library of routines at varying intensity, length, and necessary equipment, all curated for your use at the gym, in the comfort of your own home, or wherever you happen to be traveling in the world.

PYRO's About page reads, "Group workouts remain at the core of Kirsty's mission, and PYRO combines her favorite training methods to create transformative mind and body experiences. With a focus on strength, sweat, and sculpting workouts, PYRO offers two formats—Gym or Studio—providing the guidance and expertise needed to keep you motivated and energized."

One caveat? Kirsty is tough! Her online classes are just as intense as an in-person class with the workout gal herself.
