Kourtney Kardashian In Bikini Is “4 Unread Text Messages Away”

Kourtney Kardashian has never been afraid to show off her figure on social media, and from the looks of her recent Instagram post, she’s ready for bikini season. Kourtney enjoyed a beach day with her family, which included a boat ride and time by the pool. She wore a gorgeous white bikini, highlighting her figure. She Takes Collagen Powder
Kourtney shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Rose Inc. She says that she likes to drink collagen powder each morning. “I believe in beauty from the inside out, so after I pray in the morning, I take our Poosh x Vital Proteins blueberry lemon collagen powder in warm water.” Kourtney also says that the collagen helps with her skin’s health.
She Protects Her Energy
In a post on her website, Poosh, Kourtney opened up about lessons she’s learned. One of them is protecting her energy. “Obviously, we have responsibilities and challenges that we have to give our energy to, so to me it’s more like protecting your energy when you can. You only have so much energy to give. Be intentional with it. I’ve learned to only give my energy to things that truly feel good for me and bring me joy. Every time you say yes to something that drains you or doesn’t align with what you want most, you’re saying no to something that could actually fulfill you.”
She’s Consistent With Skincare
Kourtney tells Rose Inc that she began taking her skincare seriously when she was 37. “Being consistent with facials and treatments, as well as at-home care such as face masks and the products I now use, have all really made a difference,” she said. “I do try (but haven’t been doing my best lately) at really feeding my skin from the inside out, with intention. So I guess more like 37 was my year to really step it up with my skin, all encouraged by Kim, who told me to start being proactive and give it some love. I will say, too, that with age comes wisdom, which is beautiful and something we should be proud of. I feel blessed to have experienced and lived all that I have.”
She Believes Wellness Is Balance
Wellness is one of Kourtney’s main priorities. To her, that means having a balance in her life. “It’s really a combination of physical and mental well-being,” Kourtney told Rose Inc. “Feeling at my best, without striving for perfection. To me it is all about balance and moderation. Happiness and health are wealth.”
She Intermittent Fasts
Kourtney likes to intermittently fast. She opened up about this on social media, as reported by Us Weekly. “For me, this meant not eating for 14 to 16 hours after dinner. I wouldn’t eat past 7 p.m. at night, and then I would wait to eat breakfast the next day until after my morning workout, which would be around 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.”
