Cela shares a lot of her favorite workouts on her Instagram page. In this post, she shared her back routine. Workout: ✅ give me some pull ups… sorry but body weight strength is important too: 5 sets till failure. ✅ Bent over row: 8-10 reps 3 sets. ✅ reverse grip row: 10-12 reps 3 sets. ✅ Pull downs: 12- 15 reps 3 sets. ✅ Flies: 20 reps 3 sets.”
2. She Works Her Legs

Cela has found a healthy balance when it comes to fitness. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “I used to be the girl who would look in the mirror and hate how I looked and would completely tear myself down, I cannot stress enough how much I disliked who I was, looking back I wish I was just a little more patient and kinder to her. Look, there will be moments I probably will feel like that still, but, I just have so much empathy for my body and what it’s overcame and what it’s still doing for me daily. Please take each day as it comes, fitness is about elevating your life not consuming it.”
4. She Cooks
Cela likes to make healthy meals. She shared some of her favorite recipes in this Instagram video. She captioned the post, “RECIPES: ✅Easy tomatoes and pepper pasta with chicken sausages. - 1 red pepper. - Handful of tomato’s. - 1 red onion. - Whole garlic. - Olive oil, salt and oregano. - Roast until soft and blend. - Add pasta and bake chicken sausages until cooked, not burnt like mine… ✅ Seabass & roast veggies - seabass fillet with parsley, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. - 2 sweet potatoes. - Handful of mushrooms. - Handful asparagus. - Roast until cooked.”

Cela talks about her personal journey on Instagram.
