Kristin Cavallari In Bikini Poses With Her “Not Boyfriend”

Kristin Cavallari is no stranger to sharing gorgeous photos on Instagram. This summer, she’s been posting a ton of swimsuit photos on Instagram. Kristin posted a selfie of herself and her friend, hairstylist Justin Anderson, at the beach together. In it, she wore an adorable white bikini top with a red rose pattern. Kristin captioned the photo, “Not my boyfriend.” How did Kristin Cavallari get ready for bikini season? Here are 5 of her wellness secrets.
She Focuses On Happiness
One of Kristin’s beauty secrets? Being happy. “I think that happiness is really where beauty comes from,” Kristin explains to NewYou. “I think it’s inner and it’s shining through and I think when you love yourself and you’re comfortable in your own skin, that’s what makes people be attracted to you and want that secret. It’s no secret. I think your mental health is a large part of that.”
She Believes In Balance
Kristin makes sure that she and her family are eating a healthy diet. However, she doesn’t completely restrict herself and her family. “I think when my kids were really little, it was important to me that they were eating as clean as possible,” she tells The Zoe Report. “[They’re] older now; they go to school; they come home with candy; they come home with all this crap. And I’ve had to teach myself to let go of that, because I want them to have balance so that they don’t go the opposite way. I don’t want to be so strict with them that [unhealthy foods are] all they want.”
She Eats Enough Antioxidants
Kristin revealed to The Zoe Report that she has dealt with gut issues in the past. The way she fixed them? Avoiding supplements and eating enough antioxidants. “I had small intestinal bacteria, so I wasn’t absorbing any nutrients,” she explains. “Here I was taking all these vitamins, and it was a waste of time and energy. So for the last two years, we’ve been getting my gut back to where it needs to be, and now we’re adding in all the antioxidants and stuff like that. So I’m very hesitant to recommend any supplements to people because of that. It’s not one size fits all.”
She Uses The StairclimberI
Kristin shared some of her favorite exercises in this TikTok, which she also posted to her Instagram. One exercise she is seen doing is using the stairclimber. According to research done by The Cleveland Clinic, using the stairclimber is very beneficial. “A good cardio workout puts your heart and lungs to the test. Stair climbing delivers on both, as you’ll no doubt notice when your heart rate rises and you begin breathing heavier with every upward step. Improving your aerobic fitness can strengthen your heart and protect it by lowering your risk of high blood pressure and high cholesterol, two key drivers of heart disease.”
She Does Squats
Kristin doesn’t skip leg day. One of her favorite lower body workouts are squats. In her TikTok, Kristin is seen doing one leg squats and barbell squats. According to The Mayo Clinic, this exercise has a lot of benefits. “The squat is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the squat targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles.”
