Kristin Cavallari In Two-Piece Says “Every Damn Day”

The reality star shared some of her skincare routine on Instagram.

Kristin Cavallari is a skincare maven. In addition to having her own line, Uncommon Beauty, her skin is flawless, leaving many wonder what she does to take care of it. Kristin shared some of her secrets in a recent Instagram video. In it, she wore a white two-piece set of loungewear, which showed off her rock-hard abs. Kristin captioned the post, “Everyyyy damn day. Koji pads, new glutathione serum (a game-changer), pineapple peptide nectar, daily water cream and eye masks for super hydrated and radiant skin @uncommonbeauty 🙌🏻” How does Kristin get those rock-hard abs and flawless skin? She Washes Her Face Each Night

One of Kristin’s biggest skincare tips is washing her face each night. She talked about this in an interview with Shape Magazine. “My skincare has evolved in the sense that now I care about fine lines and wrinkles and If I do not wash my face at night, I feel like it clogs my pores. I just feel disgusting the next morning. That is the most important thing for me.”

She Doesn’t Over-Exercise

Kristin makes sure to exercise on a regular basis, however, she also makes sure to not overdo it. “I was working out with my trainers three days a week, and I actually gained more weight than I wanted to,” she reveals to Shape Magazine. “It’s important to lift weights and I love where my muscle is at now, but I had to back off. We all have to figure out what works for us.

She Doesn’t Weigh Herself

Kristin isn’t focused on losing weight. In fact, she tells Shape Magazine that she avoids using the scale. “I think it’s more about listening to your body and also how you feel in your clothes. I don’t really like weighing myself. I will from time to time just to check-in. But for the most part, [I measure my fitness] more just on how I feel and how I feel in my jeans.”

She Eats Natural Food

When it comes to her diet, Kristin tells Shape that she avoids eating a lot of processed food. “I try to eat food as close to its natural state as possible. Not a lot of processed food, but tons of fruits and vegetables, and meat. I try to eat organic as often as possible. I never look at calories or fat or anything. I only read ingredient labels on a package. I won’t eat it if it’s just full of a bunch of chemicals.”

She Does A Variety Of Exercises

Kristin does a lot of different exercises to keep herself in shape. She shared her favorites in an interview with Us Weekly. “I lift weights, but I do circuit training to keep my heart rate up. I also started doing hot yoga every once in a while. I don’t do it as often as I would like, but I love it when I’m able to make it happen.”

She Cooks

Kristin is an avid chef, and she’s even written cookbooks. She tells Us Weekly that she loves cooking for herself and her kids. “I make dinner 90 percent of the time. I think that’s important because that’s the only way to truly know what’s in your food. When I go out to eat or go on vacation, I eat whatever I want and then I really enjoy it.”
