Kristin Cavallari is best known for her appearances on the reality shows, Laguna Beach, The Hills, and Very Cavallari. She recently enjoyed a trip to Mykonos with her friends, Justin Anderson and Austin Rhodes. She also made sure to share some highlights on Instagram. She's Comfortable With Herself

Cavallari is all about accepting herself. She opened up about her journey to this in the caption of this Instagram post. "I've been sitting on this picture for a few days going back and forth on if I should post it or not. Ultimately I decided to bc I've come a long way from a few years ago and I'm really proud of the progress I've made. I don't even recognize the girl in those other 2 photos..and no, I never had an eating disorder..that was purely stress. I work out really hard and am dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and I think just because I'm a mom doesn't mean I can't be proud of my body and be comfortable in my skin. So, here ya go."

She Weight Trains

Cavallari shared some of her workout secrets with Us Weekly. She says that her trainer has helped her with weight training. "He kicks my ass. He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I've ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I'm the strongest I've ever been."

She Uses A Stair Climber

Another workout Cavallari likes to do is use the stairclimber. "Usually, I'll work out and maybe do 30 minutes of a VersaClimber [on a fourth day], which will also kick your butt, man," she told Us Weekly. Duke Human Resources states that stair climbing has a lot of benefits. "Stair climbing requires about 8 – 11kcal of energy per minute, which is high compared to other moderate level physical activities."

She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

Cavallari shared one of her favorite healthy breakfasts with Insider. "Sometimes I'll make a little egg bowl and I'll use scrambled eggs, avocado, soft goat cheese, and spinach, and maybe a little hot sauce. I sautée the spinach and then I throw everything together. It really doesn't take long and you can use the same pan for the spinach as the eggs to have less to clean up."

She Loves Healthy Drinks

Cavallari loves healthy beverages, and shared some of her favorites with StyleCaster. "I love kombucha, and actually make my own. I do green juices. There's also this stuff called tiger nut milk. Tiger nut is a root vegetable, but you can make milk from it. I buy it from this juice place that puts vanilla, maple syrup, and all kinds of stuff in it—it's the most amazing thing I've ever had in my entire life. And it's supposed to be really good for you."
