Kristin Cavallari Teases New Uncommon James Launch On Instagram

Kristin Cavallari has been a style and reality TV icon for over two decades now. She has a new reality show, Honestly Cavallari: The Headlines Tour, coming out soon. The show follows Kristin while touring her podcast, Let’s Be Honest. She’s also releasing a new collection with her fashion line, Uncommon James, and she’s even modeling some of the pieces. In a recent Instagram post, Kristin posed in some of the pieces from the line. She captioned the post, “The Haven collection for your soft, feminine side 🤍 @uncommonjames.” How does she keep herself in shape? Read on to find out 5 of Kristin Cavallari’s wellness tips.
She Loves Cauliflower
Kristin shared some of her go-to foods in an interview with EatingWell. One of her favorite veggies is cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it’s very versatile,” Kristin said. “There’s actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that’s my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you’ve ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There’s this sweet harissa dressing that’s on it, and there’s little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It’s the absolute best.”
She Believes In Moderation
Kristin’s diet has changed a lot over the years. She revealed to EatingWell that she’s now embraced the concept of moderation. “I’ve gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Kristin explains. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I’m still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I’ve gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.”
She Loves Yogurt
In the mornings, Kristin tends to reach for a container of yogurt. “After I dropped off the kids [at school] and worked out with my trainer, I ate a ton of this banana yogurt from the brand The Coconut Cult,” she said in her EatingWell interview. “They have really amazing yogurt with probiotics in it, and they have this Banana Bread flavor right now that’s so good. I can eat the entire jar.”
She’s Authentic
Kristin teased her new reality show, Honestly Cavillari with People. The show is aptly named because Kristin says that the show was her at her most authentic. “[It’s] the only show that I’ve done where I can say it was 100% authentic. It was real. It was the most real show I’ve ever done, and that was a really enjoyable experience.”

Kristin opened up about her mental health in an interview with Shape. She says that she is living her life with less stress. “I have learned to relax a little bit more and am in more of a state of flow. I try to choose a word for the year and this year I chose ‘flow.’ I do feel like I’m just more in a state of flow, just letting whatever’s supposed to happen, happen.”
