Kristin is an acupuncture devotee. “I've been seeing the same guy once every 2 weeks for almost 20 years. I consider him my most central care provider. I do believe in the circuits of energy that acupuncture is all about, and I can honestly say that every issue I've ever had, acupuncture has helped with,” she told WebMD. “If nothing else, acupuncture forces you to simply take a few moments to lie down and relax, and there's a lot of good in that, too.".

2. Adapting Fitness As She Ages

Kristin has adapted her exercise approach as she has aged. "For instance, I used to do double [indoor cycling] sessions and I had thighs like a body builder to show for it! And then when I started doing more dance-based stuff I really didn't recognize my body -- in a good way," she told WebMD.

3. Baths

Kristin is a “bath person all the way,” she confessed Self. “I'm a bath person because (1) I'm a Pisces and (2) My back is killing me most of the time. I want to just lie there in a hot bath. It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, it's awesome.” How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

4. “Everything in Moderation”

“It's not particularly sexy but I do think that everything in moderation is the way to go. I've never been into the intense diets or other extreme fads. My body is just too sensitive for that," Kristin told WebMD. “I love chocolate. I love pizza. Cookies. Ice cream. I kind of hate salad. Left to my own devices, I would eat like a 10-year-old kid. At work when it's late and there's pizza, it's all over."

5. Hiking, Elliptical, and Tracy Anderson

Kristin.Davis.5Kristin Davis/Instagram

“I do a few kinds of cardio -- mostly I hike in the hills in Los Angeles, and I do the elliptical. I also do some of the Tracy Anderson dance workouts on my own -- mostly her series of arm moves. That workout is intense but crazy effective," Kristin told WebMD about her favorite workouts

Jessica Biel is wishing husband Justin Timberlake a very sweet happy 43rd birthday on social media. Biel, 41, posted an Instagram video reel of herself and Timberlake sharing sweet moments together, including one of them in exercise clothing, working out as a duo. Or at least, Biel was working out, Timberlake was doing a silly dance. “I ALWAYS got you. Happy birthday, babe,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Biel approaches wellness and fitness in her 40s.

1. Boring Is Good

Biel’s wellness routine is what she calls “boring”—which means it’s straightforward and, more importantly, it works for her. "For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. It's so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps,” she told ELLE.

2. Growing Her Own Produce

Biel makes salads from vegetables she grows herself. "We have a beautiful garden and go out all of the time, every couple of days, pick spinach and pick radishes and things and throw them together in a salad and it’s wonderful,” she told the Los Angeles Times. “That’s probably one of the coolest things I think about living in California is that we can really grow all year long. If I’m home for lunch, I run out to the garden and grab some leaves and throw together a quick salad, maybe throw some quinoa in there or something."

3. No Wheat, No Dairy

Woman,Refusing,Or,Reject,Glass,Of,Milk,,Lactose,Intolerance,AndShutterstock

Biel enjoys a wheat and dairy-free diet. “I like these veggie burgers that you can get from Whole Foods or Erewhon and you can grill it up and throw it on top with some nuts… and then some kind of snack during the day – maybe gluten-free pretzels with this really yummy almond cheese dip,” she told the Los Angeles Times. “It almost tastes like cream cheese, but no dairy. And then dinner, if we’re home, it would be cooking up some salmon, some rice, grilling some vegetables, or going out and having some chicken, something a little heartier for dinner. That would be a normal day for me.”

4. Killer Abs

Biel posted a video of her ab routine on social media, using a medicine ball to do mat exercises. “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities,” says the Mayo Clinic. “When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

5. Yoga and Volleyball

Biel has basic workouts that keep her going. "Yoga is a constant for me because it keeps my muscles long and flexible," she told ELLE. "But now that summer's coming around, I'm planning on spending more time outdoors playing volleyball and jogging with my dog, Tina."

Bure wished her trainer, Kira Stokes, a happy birthday on Instagram recently. She captioned the post, “Taking a moment to wish my very good friend and trainer extrodinare @kirastokesfit a VERY HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY!! 🎂🎉🎈🥳In honor of her birthday I worked out this morning and did Kira’s new Muscle Up and Shred series on her app, and it’s SOOOO GOOD!! Kira— you are a genius.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Candace Cameron Bure stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Prioritizes Exercise

Bure tells The Salvation Army that she makes working out a priority in her life. "Just sweating that out and all those endorphins really help me a lot. I notice a huge difference when I don’t exercise, how much it can affect me mentally and kind of deal with depression. That's why I keep going. There are a lot of benefits I get. My mind is most important, and exercise definitely helps that."

2. She Jumps Rope

Bure likes to jump rope. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing it, captioning it, “First, whips hurt. Second, this is the first time doing 12 double-unders in a row. Whoo Hoo! Does a jump in between still make it count? Just say YES 👍🏼! I’m learning 😜. #jumprope - P.S. some people have said my rope is too long, however I ordered a rope for exactly my height. When I stand on it, it comes just underneath my armpit- which is where it should land. Still think it’s too long?”

3. She Does Push-Ups

Young,Fit,Sporty,Active,Woman,Wear,Sportswear,Standing,In,PlankShutterstock

Bure shared some of her favorite exercises with Parade. She says that there’s one exercise that she goe to a lot. "I swear by push-ups,” Bure revealed. “Wide grip, tricep, dolphin, inclined, declined, you name it. My arms, shoulders, and back have really changed from constantly doing them.”

4. She Eats Healthy

Food,Products,Representing,The,Mediterranean,Diet,Which,May,Improve,OverallShutterstock

Bure makes sure to eat healthy. She opened up about her diet in an interview with People. “I eat a very plant and grain-based diet,” she said. “I follow a more Mediterranean diet, so I eat lots of fresh vegetables and whole grains and fish. I don’t eat dairy very often, and I’ve cut most of the sugar out of my diet — I see the biggest effect from not eating as much sugar.”

5. She Works With A Trainer

As you can see from her post, Bure works with a trainer. According to ACE Fitness, training has a lot of benefits. “Working with a trainer allows you to become confident with how to perform exercises, use machines and navigate the facility. After a few sessions, you will feel ready to tackle the weight room on your own. Even better, an ego boost during exercise can promote stronger self-confidence and self-efficacy, which can help you stick with your exercise program over the long term.”

Pilates is an incredible workout for strengthening and toning your body. She likes to work out with her Poosh co-founder, Sarah Howard. Pilates has a lot of other benefits, as well, like fixing posture and it’s not too hard on your body. "Pilates (pronounced Pi-LAH-teez) is a system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates that strengthens the body’s inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. In addition, other benefits to practicing Pilates include:

  • longer, leaner muscles
  • injury prevention

  • enhanced athletic performance
  • heightened mind-body awareness," says the Mayo Clinic.

Kourtney is often teased for her diet choices by her family, picking out everything organic, opting for sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free options, but she really wants to pass on these good habits to her children. She says she really doesn’t feel deprived because of all of the options out there.

94th Annual Academy Awards - ArrivalsJeff Kravitz/FilmMagic

HIIT is a fast efficient way to get in an amazing workout fast. "How do you know if you’re working hard enough? Level of exertion varies from person to person depending on fitness level. You may be pedaling at the same pace as the person next to you. But while you huff and puff, she’s breathing easily. You can measure your level of exertion in a few ways," says the Cleveland Clinic. "The first is to rate the level that you perceive you are working on a scale from 0 (rest) to 10 (maximum effort). Using the talk test, at high intensity you should only be able to speak a few words at a time."

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”

Brandi Glanville has never been one to hold back, whether on reality TV or her unfiltered podcast. Best known for her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the US and UK versions of Celebrity Big Brother, and The Traitors, Glanville always speaks her mind. Her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, recently stirred up some drama when she called out Real Housewives stars for struggling on The Traitors and suggested the show stop casting them. Many fans saw this as subtle shade toward Phaedra Parks, who excelled in the previous season.

Beyond the headlines, Glanville has shared glimpses into her personal wellness routine, from skincare secrets to unconventional self-care methods. Here’s a look at how she stays feeling and looking her best.

She Uses Eye Patches

She Walks

Brandi is seen walking her dog

Brandi Glanville/Instagram

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Glanville has pet dogs. And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

Glanville revealed to Us Weekly that she works with a breath coach to help with her mental health. “I’m still doing cosmetic stuff, but at the same time trying to fix myself. I eat better and breathe and actually exercise. I’m getting there. I just started with this journey, but I can actually do things. My body can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "I mean, to be honest, I haven't worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so bizarre," she says. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."
