Kristy Sarah in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Day One of Moving In"

Sarah recently moved into a new place.

Kristy Sarah is a model and influencer known for posting videos of herself doing gymnastics moves, like cartwheels and handstands, on social media. Sarah recently moved into a new place, and shared a video of herself doing a cartwheel in it on Instagram. She captioned the post, "Warning, this isn't that aesthetic." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kristy Sarah stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1

She Does Gymnastics

As you can see from her Instagram post, Sarah likes to do acrobatic gymnastic moves. Gymnastics Victoria states that this has a lot of benefits. "Participating in moderate gymnastics training regularly reduces the risk of developing health related diseases such as asthma, cancer, obesity, heart disease and diabetes. Gymnastics encourages a healthy diet, regular exercise and a balanced lifestyle. Gymnastics training assists in the building of strong bones in children and can decrease the risk of developing osteoporosis in later life."

2

She Stays Hydrated

Sarah shared some of her wellness tips in this TikTok. In it, she is seen drinking water. Staying hydrated has a lot of benefits. Harvard states, "Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons: to regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood. Experts recommend drinking roughly 11 cups of water per day for the average woman and 16 for men. And not all of those cups have to come from plain water; for example, some can come from water flavored with fruit or vegetables (lemons, berries, or orange or cucumber slices), or from coffee or tea."

She Does Lunges

In her TikTok, Sarah is seen doing lunge squats. The Mayo Clinic reports that this is a great exercise. "The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer."

4

She Strength Trains

Sarah is seen using kettlebells to do the lunge squats in her TikTok. Using weights has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic says that this can build bone strength and help with weight loss. "By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories."

5

She Gets Sun

"The ultraviolet rays of the sun help stimulate the production of vitamin D, a vitamin that's essential for healthy bones. That's why vitamin D is often called the "sunshine vitamin." Vitamin D is needed for the body to properly absorb calcium, and it also plays other key roles in the body. Vitamin D not only is associated with reduced inflammation, but it also regulates the immune system, blood pressure and blood sugar," says LCMC Health.
