1. JOMO and Intermittent Fasting

Kamra is happy to spend time with her friends and family, focusing on healthy habits and her career. "I have JOMO now (Joy Of Missing Out),” she told Hindustan Times. “I‘m very happy spending time with myself and with my close ones who really matter. I’ll take quality time and a good meal over a big event or the best party in town any day. I try my best to not miss a workout. I follow a time restricted pattern of eating and sleep eight hours, although still very late at night. That’s something I’m still working on.”

2. Beauty and Fitness

Kamra loves yoga, dancing, and kickboxing to stay fit and active. “I love outdoor activities a lot. Whenever I have time, I do cardio, but I hate working out in machines,” she told India Forums. “[Beauty and fitness] go hand in hand. You can only notice this when you keep yourself fit. Kamra is careful to protect her privacy, choosing not to share information about who she is dating. But yes, I try my level best to limit myself while eating,” she told India Forums. “ I eat a lot of cheese and a lot of chocolates. My policy is that we have only one life and we should eat to live. Having said that, I will also like to add that excess eating is also not good.”

Khanna adapted the keto diet before a filming project. “Yes I have taken to the Keto diet for an upcoming project and I must say that I have never felt better,” she says. “I have never felt more energetic and focused. However it's important to do it in the right way because it can all go wrong very easily. It's important to have a dietitian to guide you once you take it. I have been under great guidance and I have been preparing for something very important. So let's see how it fares. One day at a time and I wish to see some miraculous changes very soon."

2. Fresh Fruit

Khanna loves fresh fruit, especially cherries and mango which she calls her weakness. "Vitamin C is good for immunity," says Maya Vadiveloo, an assistant professor in the department of nutrition and food sciences at the University of Rhode Island. "It's an antioxidant so it can help with oxidative stress in the body. The primary benefit, in addition to being a really good source of vitamin C, is that (mangoes) are a decent source of vitamin A, folate and are pretty high in fiber, which is beneficial for colon cancer prevention, heart disease and weight control."

3. Tea First Thing

Khanna starts the day with a delicious cup of black tea. “Black tea packs a punch when it comes to heart health. Theaflavins help to lower blood cholesterol,” says UCLA Health. “And flavonoids — the same antioxidants found in red wine, dark chocolate and nuts —reduce the risk of heart disease by 8%. Studies show that with every cup of tea you drink daily, you can lower your blood pressure, the risk of major cardiovascular events (such as heart attack and stroke) and the threat of death from heart disease.”

4. She’s a Dancer

Khanna is a talented dancer. “When you begin moving, you immediately release the brain chemicals dopamine, adrenaline, and endorphins, causing a powerful and lasting effect I call ‘energized optimism,’” says Kelly McGonigal, PhD, a leading health psychologist who studies the mind-body connection, and author of The Joy of Movement.

5. She’s a Coffee Person

Khanna calls herself a “coffee person”. “There aren’t a lot of downsides to drinking moderate amounts of coffee — and in fact, it can have positive effects on your health,” says Devon Peart, MHSc, BASc, RD. “Coffee contains about a thousand different botanical compounds.”

Krissy wakes up early. “I tend to wake up at around half five or six. The reason I wake up so early, it sounds ridiculous, but it helps me do everything I need to do for myself before I can give myself to everybody else. I have this concept where it's all fair and well doing things for the people we love, but if we're not taking some time out for ourselves, to check in or be productive, we'll constantly feel bottom of the list. So I wake up, half five or six o'clock,” she told Closer.

3. Coffee and Preworkout

“The first thing I do is brush my teeth and get ready for the gym. Don't think twice, I just put my workout gear on,” Krissy says about her morning routine. “Then I'll drink my coffee or have my pre-workout.” She explains that she “loves” the pre-workout drink, “because I'm a caffeine addict.” She also takes probiotic pills “which helps my digestion and hormones. I have also started using collagen in my coffee now, it really helps me kickstart my day.”

4. Reading

“The one thing I love to do is read on the train. I love taking this time just to read because I know when I'll get to the office, it'll be insane. Taking the time to be productive and get my mental state ready is crucial,” Krissy told Closer. “At the moment I'm reading The Chimp Paradox and on an evening, I'm reading this book called Calm The F**k Down by Sarah Knight. I'm always reading two books at once!”

5. Daily Exercise

“Firstly, moving my body is a big big thing. I have to always move my body,” says Krissy about her number one health habit. “I'm either working out in my little home gym or I am going to the gym and I'll train for one hour, tops.”

6. Protein Shakes

“So for me, every single day I have protein shakes, it's just convenient. It's a great way for me to up my protein intake, but it's something I don't rely on. Food is key. Protein shakes are a step up from what you already have, so if you don't have a healthy diet or consistent training routine, then you can't expect it to do what it's supposed to do,” says Krissy.

Kapoor jokes that she doesn’t know what a day without coffee feels like. “The overall evidence has been pretty convincing that coffee has been more healthful than harmful in terms of health outcomes,” says Frank Hu, chair of the Department of Nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. “For most people, moderate coffee consumption can be incorporated into a healthy diet.”

2. “Weights Before Dates”

Kapoor’s fitness mantra is “weights before dates”. “Such exercises also improve glucose metabolism, enhance maintenance of healthy body weight, and help improve cardiovascular risk factors such as blood pressure,” says I-Min Lee, professor of epidemiology at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. “All these factors lead to lower risks of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes, which lowers mortality risk.”

3. Belly Dancing

Kapoor enjoys belly dancing lessons with instructor Sanjana Muthreja. “Belly dancing is really a full body workout,” Muthreja tells Vogue India. “It involves a lot of core work and engages your hips. It not only helps as a cardiovascular workout (you can lose up to a 1000 calories in one Tahitian class due to the constant explosive movements), but it also strengthens the core muscles, which helps to stabilize the spine.”

4. Avocado Toast For Breakfast

Kapoor loves delicious avocado toast for a typical breakfast. “Avocados are high in fat with 60 percent of this being monounsaturated fats, which research suggests helps to protect against heart disease and lower blood pressure,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “They are also an excellent source of potassium, folate and fiber, all of which benefit the heart and cardiovascular system.”

5. Skincare Routine

Kapoor’s skincare routine is focused on hydration. “In winters, it’s more or less the same, though I use lesser quantity of serums, as sometimes, it can dry out my skin a little,” she says. “I use more moisturizer and apply lip balm throughout the day and at night. In terms of fashion, for me, a chic bag always plays the most important role in leveling up any outfit. My current favorite range of bags is from Miraggio, who I’ve associated with. It has young, fun, and quirky designs, and is suitable for any occasion.”

1. A Multi-Faceted Approach to Health

Kriti approaches health from all angles. “Being fit is being healthy and happy—it’s all correlated. Being fit means having a good immune system, a good balance in your body, and good stamina and strength,” she told Vogue India.

2. HIIT, Pilates, and Yoga

HIIT, pilates, and yoga are all part of Kriti’s exercise routine. “Depending on where I’m staying, I try to find a gym nearby. I mainly go for weight training with exercises I can do on my own,” she added in another interview. “When there is no gym available, like when I was shooting for Heropanti in Patiala, I used to go for running and used a yoga mat in my room to do mat exercises.”

3. Dance

Kriti also dances. “I also love dancing and add it to my workouts 2-3 times a week. Dancing is a great form of workout because you use your whole body, it’s not monotonous at all. I’ve learnt kathak as a child but I’m not so much into classical dancing. I like mixing forms—sometimes jazz, sometimes Bollywood and contemporary,” she revealed in a 2018 interview. Dancing helps build strength and promote flexibility, and also helps you lose weight and promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

4. Small Portion Sizes

Kriti avoids eating large meals. “It’s important to watch what you eat, when you eat, and the gap between your meals. Have smaller portions every two hours,” she shared in an interview. “I sometimes like having dates too, it gives you instant energy,” she added.

5. Mental Health

Kriti. “Take care of your body and it will take care of you,” she shared on World Health Day on Instagram, along with a photo of herself meditating. “Get out of your lazy beds and do some exercise- walk around, yoga, mat workout, dance (my fav), cardio, anything.. just wake up every inch of your body, and you’ll have a great day.”

While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

One thing that Glanville does to take care of her skin is use under-eye patches. In this Instagram post, she revealed the brand she used on Celebrity Big Brother. Glanville captioned it, “One of the #1 questions we get from fans since leaving #bigbrother is what brand of under eye patches were we wearing constantly on the show...The answer is @peterthomasrothofficial!! She Walks

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Glanville has pet dogs. And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

She Worked With A Breath Coach

Glanville revealed to Us Weekly that she works with a breath coach to help with her mental health. “I’m still doing cosmetic stuff, but at the same time trying to fix myself. I eat better and breathe and actually exercise. I’m getting there. I just started with this journey, but I can actually do things. My body can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "I mean, to be honest, I haven't worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so bizarre," she says. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."
