In a new Instagram story, the entrepreneur shows off her famous figure in a skimpy swimsuit after the outlandish wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez, which she attended with her family. “Pool day,” she captioned the snap. Kylie makes sure to eat enough food. “I love cooking these days,” she said in a TikTok video. “I like to make burgers. I also make spaghetti because my mom is obsessed with spaghetti. It’s the first thing I learned to cook.

Breakfast

Jenner enjoys bone broth in the morning. She told Harper’s Bazaar she starts her day with bone broth mixed with lavender and lemon. She might also have a cup of fresh celery juice. Jenner eats a big breakfast. “Lately every morning I’ve been eating the same thing,” she said in an Instagram Story. “Eggs, avocado, turkey bacon,” is her go-to meal.

Protein and Veggies

Kylie’s strategy is pairing protein with veggies. “A typical lunch for me — I can’t eat the same thing every day — but I do love lemon chicken with vegetables,” she told Harper’s Bazaar’s Food Diaries. “Sometimes, I’ll make myself some tacos,” she continued. “Today, at the shoot, I ordered a steak burrito and some rice, some enchiladas. I was feeling Mexican food vibes today. It really just depends.”

Kylie loves salad. A “kale salad — yum — kale salad with jalapeños and croutons,” is one of her go-tos, she told Food Diaries.”That’s bomb.” She also snacks on fruit. “I avoid late-night cravings because I lock myself in my bedroom and I turn on my TV,” Jenner told Harper’s Bazaar. “I get really comfortable, and I pre-slice an apple by my bed and, since I’m really comfortable, I’ll be too lazy probably to go down to the kitchen so my only choice is this apple.”

Kylie is a coffee drinker. Vanilla iced latte with oat milk is her “jam,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. According to the Cleveland Clinic, moderate coffee consumption has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
