Happy birthday Kylie Jenner! The mogul and reality star just turned 26 on August 10, and celebrated by slipping into a swimsuit and hitting the beach. Jenner shared highlights from her birthday trip, including snaps of herself posing on the sand in a black bikini, her hair wet from a swim. "Happy birthday šŸ–¤," sister Kourtney Kardashian commented via her Poosh account. At 26 Jenner has already achieved more than most reality stars do in a lifetimeā€”and her look has certainly matured. Here are 5 ways she stays fit, happy, and healthy.

Mixing Up Her Workouts

Jenner likes weight and HIIT workouts, and has what she describes as a love/hate relationship with resistance bands. The business mogul also hits the treadmill every day for a convenient cardio session in the peace and quiet of her own home. "30 mins a day!!! 12 include 3.2 speed and then jog at the end for as long as I can!" she says.

Postpartum Depression

Jenner is open about having postpartum depression after having children. "I have experienced it. Twice," she says. "The first time was very difficult, the second was more manageable. I would tell those women not to overthink things and to live all the emotions of that moment to the fullest. Stay inside that moment, even if it is painful. I know, in those moments you think that it will never pass, that your body will never be the same as before, that you will never be the same. That's not true: the hormones, the emotions at that stage are much, much more powerful and bigger than you. My advice is to live through that transition, without fear of the aftermath. The risk is to miss all the most beautiful things of motherhood as well."

Jenner is diligent about protecting her skin. "As I've gotten older, I'm much more religious about applying SPF as I know how important it is to protect my skin from the sun," she says. "I know consistency is key when I want to have good skin. Exfoliating for me is key; once or twice a week I'll incorporate the Kylie Skin AHA + Enzyme Glow Mask into my routine. The formula has a cooling jelly texture and provides an instant refresh to my skin. It has really powerful ingredients, including a blend of glycolic and lactic acids, as well as pineapple and papaya enzyme extracts, which all work together to really help remove dead skin cells while supporting skin renewal."

Embracing Natural Look

Jenner says she appreciates her natural features. "Yeah, I love full lips and wanted full lips, but growing up I was always the most confident person in the room," she says. "I was the girl performing for everyone. I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I've ever doneā€¦ I always thought I was cute. I've really gotten down my full look, it's still the same look but way less. I'm just embracing my natural beauty, my freckles and my bushy brows."

Her Wellness Tips

To Jenner, wellness and self-care go hand-in-hand. "The best wellbeing advice I have been given is to drink lots of water, wear your sunscreen every day, and spend time away from your phone for a few hours a day and when you're with family. Enjoy each moment and be grateful," she says. "I love to have game nights with friends or watch a movie in bed with Stormi. Anywhere with my daughter is my happy place."Ā
