Lana Condor is an actress best known for her role in the To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before franchise, and Ruby Gilman: Teenage Kraken. In March, Condor shared a workout video on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing squats with weights, tricep pulldowns, and using the leg press machine. She captioned the post, “Focusing on my health & fitness journey this year so I can intimidate @therock 💪🏽 || seriously tho, @betitanfit is helping me prioritize my fitness so that I can be the strongest version of myself let’s gooooo.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Strength Trains

As you could tell from her Instagram post, Condor likes to strength train. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training has a lot of benefits. “By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis…Strength training can reduce the signs and symptoms of many chronic conditions, such as arthritis, back pain, obesity, heart disease, depression and diabetes.”

2. She Doesn’t Overwork Herself

Condor makes sure to workout on a regular basis, but she also doesn’t want to push herself too hard. She tells SELF that her trainer, Paolo Mascitti, is very understanding when she needs a day off. “If my body is so sore and I need a day off, he's so understanding about that,” she says. “My mental health is the priority, and my mental health is always better when I am active. But sometimes when your body hurts, you're like, I can't do anything, I don't want to get up. And so he's very patient. If there's a day that I feel the need to be a little bit more gentle with myself, he's great.”

3. She Goes To Fitness Classes

Condor tells SELF that she likes to take fitness classes to stay in shape. “I always do a little bit better in a class setting or in-person, just because I think that I have a competitive nature in workout classes. So I feel like I can really hit it hard.”

4. She Uses A Serum

Condor makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared her favorite serum with Glamour. “The iS Clinical Advanced Pro-Heal Serum is my baby. 5. She Cooks

Condor loves to cook. She shared one of her favorite recipes with E! News. “My go-to healthy recipe is always just a nice piece of fresh salmon, roasted Brussels sprouts in sunflower oil, and potatoes. Sometimes I'll just put a little citrus and salt on my salmon, other days I'll put some marinara sauce on the salmon, and it is so delicious.”
