Laura Cremaschi in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says "Train For What You Want to Be"

Here’s how she stays in shape.

Laura Cremaschi isn’t just putting in work at the gym—she’s training with intention. The Italian model and fitness enthusiast recently gave fans a glimpse of her high-powered workout, and it’s clear she’s all about pushing limits. In a new Instagram video, Cremaschi is seen crushing an intense circuit in a sleek two-piece workout set, tackling everything from stair climbing to strength training. With a mindset of "train for what you want to be," she’s proving that sculpting a strong, fit body is all about dedication and smart training. Ready to see how she gets it done?

She Uses A Stairclimber

Cremaschi is seen using a stairclimber in her Instagram video. Stair workouts of any kind have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “A good cardio workout puts your heart and lungs to the test. Stair climbing delivers on both, as you’ll no doubt notice when your heart rate rises and you begin breathing heavier with every upward step. Improving your aerobic fitness can strengthen your heart and protect it by lowering your risk of high blood pressure and high cholesterol, two key drivers of heart disease.”

She Strength Trains

Laura Cremaschi focuses on strength train

Cremaschi is seen doing a lot of strength training exercises in her Instagram video. In it, she is seen pushing a cart, doing kettlebell swings, and hip thrusts with a barbell. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training exercises have a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

Cremaschi is seen doing hip thrusts with a barbell in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “One reason why the BHT is so effective for the glutes is that in the supine position, the gluteal muscles are placed under constant tension during the entire range of motion, from the bottom of the movement, when the hips are flexed and under load, to the top of the movement, when the hips are fully extended (Contreras, Cronin and Schoenfeld, 2011). Additionally, due to the supine position of the body, the direction of the resistive force is directly on the gluteus maximus and other muscles that extend the hips. This serves to increase the activation of those muscles while reducing the contribution of other muscles such as the hamstrings, adductors and quadriceps.”

She Does Pull-Ups

Cremaschi is also seen doing pull-ups in her Instagram video. NASM reports that pull-ups are very beneficial. “Pull ups and chin ups are a multi-joint movement, meaning that they engage multiple muscle groups (lats, biceps, shoulders, and upper back). They promote overall upper body muscle development and can lead to some serious strength gains.”

She Runs On The Treadmill

Cremaschi is also seen going for a run on the treadmill in her Instagram video. Treadmill workouts have a lot of benefits. Healthy Talbot says, “With treadmill workouts, you can always optimize the sessions to suit your goals. For instance, inclining the treadmill will stretch out the calves and glutes harder. This will help to tone and build muscle mass in your buttocks, legs, and thighs. Remember, treadmill workouts engage different muscle groups in your body. Apart from leg muscles, lumbar and abdominal muscles will be engaged while training. In other words, treadmill training will tone your stomach as well. Lastly, you’ll get light-strength workouts for your back, shoulder, and arms. This will happen as you swing the arms while running on the machine. To increase the workout intensity further, hold weights while training on the treadmill.”

Sarah Villegas is showing off her “fitness lifestyle.” In a new social media post featuring the bodybuilder, she shows off her amazing figure in a two-piece exercise outfit while holding weights. “First reaction.. OH MY !!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥,” commented a fan. “Incredibile!” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Multiple “Layers” to Conditioning

Sarah told Alina Popa and Lenda Murray about what people should know about conditioning on a recent episode of Femme Flex Friday, per Muscle & Fitness. “I think people need to realize there are multiple layers to that. You have leanness, you have dryness, and you have fullness. And all three of those things are very separate,” Villegas explained. “And when you master each one of those, that’s what gives you conditioning.”

2. Aim for “Leanness”

“A lot of times you can have people that aren’t lean enough, and they say ‘well, I was too full.’ You weren’t too full, you weren’t lean enough,” Sarah said during the interview. You have to start with leanness then focus on water balance and fullness of the muscles. “You have to remember that you can only achieve conditioning if you master all three of those.”

3. It Helps You From Acquiring Too Much Body Fat

“Staying too lean keeps you from growing, but obviously, you know, acquiring too much bodyfat in the offseason keeps you from growing as well,” Sarah added. “You lose your shape, and it can be easy to lose sight on what you need to work on.”

4. Lots of Lower Body “Hard Work”

Sarah explained to RX Muscle that she does a lot of lower body workout. “Now you have the best legs in the women's division. What is a body part that came very easy to you? Are you like one of these maniac trainers, squatting heavy and stuff like that? Was it hard work or was it genetics?” she was asked. “Definitely I would say hard work. I would say that they responded very well, but I train the lights out,” she replied. “And you hear it all the time: You gotta build from the bottom up and legs are the most important muscle. But not a lot of people actually really listen to that and follow through with that,” she says. “I have been relentless with leg training, giving it twice as much time throughout my week, twice as much time on the gym floor. So it's definitely been a lot of work. It does help though that I like training legs. I think, you know, I'm one of those weirdos that thinks it's kind of fun and rewarding, but it's definitely been a lot of hard work.”

5. She Trains Others

Sarah also helps others with a personal training and nutrition program. She explains that it is more than just dieting and lifting weights. “We do everything from personal training to diet, nutrition,” she says. This includes DEXA scans, measurements, tracking, and a “whole program” so people can “reach their ultimate body composition”

1. She Started Her Own Fitness Website

Laura started her own health, fitness, and lifestyle website, So-LA with her trainer Louise Carlsson since so many of her fans wanted to know all about her diet and workout secrets. On it, she reveals a lot of tips and tricks and also offers paid access to the exact training plan responsible for her fabulous figure.

2. Resistance Training Is Her Go-To Workout

“Since training with Louise, I’ve become a big fan of resistance training as part of my quest to become more toned,” Laura explains on her website. “Resistance training is an excellent way to round out your workouts if you already do cardio. It helps you build strength, improve tone, and even preserve muscle as you lose weight. It will also help you feel good about yourself and your physique,” she continued. “No matter the resistance exercises you choose, ensure that you stay consistent but vary the routine. Failing to vary the workouts and resistance means that you are not getting the full benefits. Try different things to vary your workouts and you will definitely be pleased with the results.”

3. She Drinks This Avocado Smoothie

Laura revealed the recipe to her go-to green drink on her website:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2-1 cup cold water/ dairy free milk of choice

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

4. Hiring a Personal Trainer Was a Game Changer for Her

In one of her blogs, Laura revealed that prior to training with Louise, she would “rather drink wine and sit and watch tv. Sorry to begin so bluntly but it WAS true. I'm a changed woman what can I say,” she explained. “I now genuinely love and need to get my sweat on. Not just because of the endorphins afterwards but because I have a goal. I want to change my body and increase muscle. Obviously, it helps as my PT is super sweet, educated and fit to look at haha (she's a girl) but it’s just finding that motivation.” If you can afford it, she suggests you should hire a personal trainer. “SHE is my motivation and I’ve just never had that before. So from that I would suggest if you're a woman and can afford a PT then however weird it may sound look for a fit female PT that you’ll trust more as you admire her body type. The same goes for a man, try a male personal trainer who’s physique looks like your end game.”

5. She Suggests Surrounding Yourself with “Like-Minded People”

If you want to get into shape, Laura suggests surrounding yourself by people with the same objectives. “It's also true that surrounding yourself with like-minded people helps to achieve your goals. Don’t be afraid to make new friends at the gym, as in the most positive way, sometimes our comfort zones with our friends can hold us back. I don’t know about you but I’m so easily influenced. Pizza night or gym? I'd do whatever my friend said, food for thought. Excuse the pun!” she said.

6. She Reminds That Self-Love Is An Inside Job

“I think it’s so important to remember without getting too sentimental that life is a gift and we're lucky to be here,” Laura writes in a recent post. “Most of us are healthy with a million opportunities to grow and be who we want to be if we choose to take a few chances along the way. It saddens me that as a society we put so much emphasis on looks. Vanity is dangerous territory in my opinion as I believe if you rely on your appearance and it suddenly changes you will break as a person. To succeed in life we need to be strong and strength comes from character. Beauty will always shine through and what is within you, will always win in every situation. Work on your inner self first, make it your priority to learn, be more patient, understanding and tough before stressing or comparing your exterior. Everything will fall into place. Remember the most important relationship you have is with yourself and it's not about that mirror and what’s staring back at you, it’s about the conversation you’re having in your mind because that's what gets you through your day and controls your emotions. We are all beautiful and we are meant to be different.”

Anna Victoria, a celebrated fitness influencer and creator of the BodyLura app, continues to inspire women worldwide with her empowering approach to health and fitness. Known for her authenticity and relatable content, Anna shares more than just workouts; she provides valuable insights into mental health, body positivity, and the importance of resilience. Whether she's offering inspiration on how to talk about body image with children, encouraging her followers to embrace their bodies postpartum, or motivating them to stay consistent with their fitness goals, Anna's message is clear: success in health and fitness requires both mental and physical strength. In this article, we explore some of Anna Victoria's key lifestyle tips and advice, revealing how she maintains her motivation and helps others do the same.

1. She Shared This Inspiration

Anna Victoria passionately advocates for a healthier and more positive way to talk about bodies, especially in front of children. Drawing from her decade-long experience as a personal trainer, Anna highlights how the words and attitudes expressed by adults can significantly impact a child's self-esteem and body image. She encourages her followers to focus on discussing the body in terms of its strength, energy, and capabilities rather than appearance. While acknowledging the challenges of changing ingrained habits, she stresses the importance of this shift, emphasizing that our worth goes far beyond our physical form. Anna invites her community to reflect on their own experiences and to be mindful of the influence they have on the next generation, making a powerful case for promoting confidence and a healthy relationship with food and exercise.

2. She Enters “Robot Mode”

Anna Victoria shares a straightforward but powerful strategy for sticking to a workout routine: entering "Robot Mode." She explains that the key to consistency is not overthinking the workout, especially as the scheduled time approaches, even if it’s as early as 6 am. By channeling "Robot Mode," you bypass the temptation to procrastinate and simply get moving, without giving yourself the chance to talk yourself out of it. Anna emphasizes that having a clear workout plan helps maintain this momentum, which is why she created the BodyLura app—offering quick, effective workouts and a supportive community. She encourages her followers to adopt this no-nonsense approach to ensure they stay on track and achieve their fitness goals.

3. She Has This to Say About Body Fat

Anna Victoria has a refreshingly balanced perspective on body fat, especially in the context of postpartum recovery. She shares that while she enjoys tracking her progress with tools like DEXA scans, which provide detailed information about body composition, she doesn't stress over the numbers. For Anna, the focus is on health and well-being rather than achieving a specific body fat percentage. She reminds her followers that lower body fat doesn't always equate to better health, especially if extreme methods are used to achieve it. Anna emphasizes the importance of nourishing the body, staying active, and being patient with oneself, particularly during the postpartum period. Her message is clear: love your body at every stage and focus on building strength and health rather than chasing an arbitrary number.

4. If You Miss a Workout…

Anna Victoria understands that life doesn't always go as planned, and sometimes, workout schedules get disrupted. However, she firmly believes that it's never too late to get moving. In a motivating post, she encourages her followers not to give up on their fitness goals just because they missed their ideal workout time. Instead, she urges them to squeeze in a workout whenever they can, even if it means doing it later in the day. Anna assures that the post-workout boost in energy and mood is worth the effort, and it helps in managing all other aspects of life more effectively. Her advice is simple: prioritize your well-being, even on the busiest of days, because taking care of yourself enables you to better care for everything else.

5. She Says “Fight for It!”

Anna Victoria’s rallying cry, “Fight for It,” encapsulates her approach to fitness and life. She recently announced a 12-week challenge through her BodyLura app, designed to reignite motivation and help participants achieve their fitness goals. After a summer break in Italy, where she found it challenging to maintain her routine while traveling with her kids, Anna is ready to get back on track and is inviting her followers to join her. She emphasizes that staying fit and healthy requires effort and determination, especially when no one else can do it for you. By encouraging her community to fight for their goals, Anna fosters a spirit of resilience and commitment, making it clear that with the right mindset, anything is possible.

Janet Layug is modeling exercise clothes and driving her followers wild. In a new social media post the Ms Olympia champion shows off her trophy winning body in a pink workout set. She shared the video via Instagram. “Super cute,” commented one of her followers. “Pretty in pink😍💓🌸,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. How She Got Into Bodybuilding

In an interview with Goss, Janet explained how she got into bodybuilding. “I’ve always been very active since a young age. When I first started [training] I didn’t know much about training. I had the mindset that you had to look skinny, and to achieve it do intense cardio and eat light is how to lose weight and to stay fit. I think we all know that that’s far from the truth. I also went to school for nursing. I was definitely intrigued by nutrition, the body, and things related to physiology. Beginning to learn how to train and be on a healthier diet was already something along the lines of what I was interested in in my career,” she explained. However, one day on social media she saw this division within bodybuilding called Bikini, “and I looked at their bodies and they had muscle,” she said. “They were tone and lean. I really admired that look and thought to myself, “I want to set a goal and train like a bikini athlete.” I got a trainer and I started doing research on my own about training and learning about dieting. I didn’t know any of it. It was a lot of work to learn all that.”

2. She Takes the “Holistic” Approach

“I believe the holistic approach is everything. You will not be successful if you don’t have a mental balance along with that physical training. If you don’t have a support system with you. It’s a process to teach people what you’re doing. Not everyone will get it at first, but you give people the chance and be like, ‘Hey, this is what I’m doing.’ Not everyone will support it or your goals. Sometimes you have to just focus on yourself and do what you have to do to get there,” she says.

3. She Educated Herself

“I think it’s important that everyone educates themselves on health and wellness and training and eating better. That’s what began my journey. I learned so much about myself and about my health during my prep along the way. Beyond that, I learned so much about my work ethic and staying persistent and resilient. When people talk about competing at bikini or any other division, you learn so much more than anything physical. There’s so much mental that you can apply in your daily life as well,” she says.

4. She Recommends Working with a Trainer

Personal,Fitness,Trainer,With,Workout,Plan,Close,Up,In,GymShutterstock

Janet recommends working with a professional to achieve your goals in the gym. “I didn’t know anything about training or about nutrition but I took it upon myself to do research to educate myself. If you really want to take it to the next level, you want to take it to someone who has the certified training and knowledge to teach you the proper ways because sometimes you can end up teaching yourself bad habits that aren’t good for you and you wouldn’t even know it. That’s why it’s important to get someone who is certified. Sometimes you don’t see exactly what you’re doing and you teach yourself wrong moves. When you have a pair of eyes on you to help you do things properly, that’s the way to go,” she says.

5. Strength Training

Janet is a big advocate of strength training. “I never lifted a weight. I only ran on the treadmill and I had to learn and teach myself how important it is to do weight training. You burn more fat that way. Your metabolism goes up. You need resistance training. It’s good for your bones and your muscles. It’s hard for some people to understand that it does increase the fat burning process as opposed to just cardio,” she says. “Sometimes there’s this misconception that if you train hard then you’re going to gain all of this muscle. Honestly, it’s so far from the truth. There’s so much that’s involved with building muscles. You’d have to eat a lot of protein and a lot of calories, and that’s not really in our frame in our daily lives. Lifting is how we get that nice sculpted body. It’s how we shred the pounds. I really advocate that you have to do both cardio and weight training in order to reach your fitness goals optimally.”

Valeria Lipovetsky is a professional fitness model. She shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. Lipovetsky recently shared some Instagram stories from the gym. In one, she posted a selfie with the caption, “Hot Pilates for the win.” In the other, she is seen lifting weights.

She Does Pilates

In one of her Instagram stories, Lipovetsky is seen doing Pilates. According to The Cleveland Clinic, Pilates has a lot of benefits. “There’s quite a bit of stretching in Pilates — which translates to improved flexibility. In addition to expanding the range of activities you can do, flexibility may protect you from injury, help your muscles relax and help you retain both mobility and range of motion as you get older.”

She Strength Trains

Lipovetsky is seen strength training in her other Instagram story. Strength training has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury.”

She Wants To Set A Good Example

Even though Lipovetsky is a model and influencer, she wants to set a good example for her followers. She talked about how social media isn’t real in the caption of this post. “I love my job and I love being able to connect with you all through social media but I’m also hyper-aware of how it impacts our minds and perceptions of those we follow. We know by now that social media isn’t REAL, it’s all the best parts and it often flattens us into two-dimensional characters. And it is so important that we remember that we are all more complex, that we’re all trying our best to figure things out as we go. There’s no such things as a perfect parent or a perfect relationship or a perfect business. We all face challenges whether it’s internal or in our environment and I hope this makes you feel less alone in that ❤️”

She Loves Oats

Valeria Lipovetsky shows a shot of her supercharged oatmeal.

Lipovetsky shares a lot of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In one, she is seen enjoying oats. Harvard Health states that oats have a lot of benefits. “Oats contain several components that have been proposed to exert health benefits. The primary type of soluble fiber in oats is beta-glucan, which has been researched to help slow digestion, increase satiety, and suppress appetite. Beta-glucan can bind with cholesterol-rich bile acids in the intestine and transport them through the digestive tract and eventually out of the body. Whole oats also contain plant chemicals called phenolic compounds and phytoestrogens that act as antioxidants to reduce the damaging effects of chronic inflammation that is associated with various diseases like cardiovascular disease and diabetes.”

She Loves Mushrooms

Valeria Lipovetsky shares a breakdown of her meal on her page.

In another Instagram story on her highlight, Lipovetsky is seen enjoying mushrooms. UCLA Health states that mushrooms have a lot of benefits. “Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium to maintain and build strong bones. Many people rely on supplements or sunshine to get vitamin D, but if you’re looking to get this nutrient through your diet, mushrooms may be the answer. They are the only type of produce that is a source of vitamin D.”

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Brenda Perlaza is flaunting her fantastic figure in a tiny bikini. In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Romani makes sure to work out on a regular basis. She shares a lot of Instagram stories in her highlights of herself at the gym. The Mayo Clinic says that regular exercise is extremely important. “Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help you keep off lost weight. When you take part in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. She Supports Animals

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
