12-3-30 Treadmill Workout
When she was 24, Lauren made the 12-3-30 treadmill workout go viral. It involves setting the treadmill to a 12% incline and walking at 3 miles per hour for 30 minutes. She first shared the treadmill routine in a 2019 YouTube video, uploading it to Instagram and TikTok in 2020, where it went viral. In the clips she claimed that it helped her lose 30 pounds.
Yoga
Now a mom, Lauren revealed in one post that her "new obsession" was mommy and me yoga. Why should you try yoga? "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," says Harvard Health. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Lauren enjoys riding horses. "Arizona is in her slay era," she captioned a post of herself horseback. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
