Leigh-Anne Pinnock is an extremely successful singer. She came into prominence in 2011 on The X Factor. After being placed into the group, Little Mix, Pinnock and her group won the season. 1. She Has A Diet Plan

In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Pinnock and her Little Mix bandmates talked about how they stay healthy. Pinnock says that when it comes to her diet, she works with her trainer to plan it. “I tried to follow a plan,” she says. “My trainer put together a 'things to eat on what day' and [I had] to keep it all in tupperware and then each day I [could] have certain things, but it's so time consuming. It's long. We tend to just have chicken and veg when we're trying to be healthy."
2. She Works Out Regularly
In her Cosmopolitan interview, Pinnock talked about her workout routine. She says that despite her busy schedule, she makes sure to work out regularly. “I tend to go in hard when I know I'm going on holiday and I've got to get my body out. Three times a week, but I'm gonna have to go in [this time] because I haven't trained for six months. It's ridiculous. I'm off the bandwagon."
3. She Focuses On Different Body Parts

Pinnock makes sure to work out her entire body. She tells Cosmopolitan that she does sessions dedicated to each body part. “It depends what kind of body part you want to tone really - I focus on my legs and abs. It's good to do a different [body part] every time you go to the gym; focus on legs, focus on arms, focus on abs.”
4. She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Pinnock has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. In an interview with Cosmopolitan, she talked about her skin routine. "I used to get quite bad spots when I was younger and it made me so self-conscious,” Pinnock revealed. “So I like to look after my skin as much as I can. I don’t like wearing too much make-up, I prefer my skin to look clean and fresh. I can’t live without my Simple Micellar Face Wipes - no other wipes seem to work for me."
5. She Weight Trains
Pinnock likes to strength train to stay in shape. After having her twins in 2021, she turned to weights to lose the pregnancy weight. Pinnock shared a video on Instagram of herself weight training, captioning it, “Working out is always something that I've enjoyed doing, I see it as my alone time, something that is really positive on my mental health and just genuinely makes me feel good from the inside. I can't wait to feel stronger, I got a baby on each hip now so I need to get to workkkk!”
