Lili Reinhart Flashes Abs In Bikini Top, Says “Miss My Couch”

Lili Reinhart is having an amazing summer. And she’s looking amazing, and making sure to relax. Lili recently shared a carousel post of some life updates on Instagram. In the first photo, she wore a two-piece outfit, showing off her flat abs. In another photo, she enjoyed time with her dog. And in several of the photos, she’s relaxing at home. Lili captioned the post, “Miss my couch.” How does Lili Reinhart keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Gets Enough Sleep
Lili broke down her daily routine in an interview with Business Insider. In it, she shared some of her wellness secrets. Lili says that she tries to get as much sleep as possible. “I try to get as much sleep as humanly possible so I wake up as late as I can. If I need to set my alarm for 10 minutes before I have to leave, that’s what I’ll do. I have chronic fatigue, so I need my rest.” After hearing this, it’s no wonder Lili shared so many couch photos in her Instagram post.
She Eats A Healthy Breakfast
Lili makes sure to start her day with a healthy meal. She shared some of her favorite breakfasts with Business Insider. “If I have a relaxing day, I love ordering breakfast or making myself oatmeal. I did a food allergy test and found out that I’m highly sensitive to eggs, but I’ve been eating them my entire life and I’m not going to stop. I often order eggs with toast and chicken apple sausage, or an eggs Benedict, and an iced oat-milk latte.”
She Makes Sure To Stretch
Lili has an autoimmune disease, which can make it hard for her to exercise. For this reason, she sticks to gentle movements each day. “I’ve just got back into very gentle, soft stretches at night,” she says in her Business Insider interview. “I grew up dancing and in musical theater, so I like to stretch. It takes me back to that time in my life, and it’s meditative too.”
She’s Mindful Of Chemicals
Lili tells Business Insider that she is a mindful eater, especially when it comes to the chemicals in products. “I’m an unhealthy eater, so I’ve had to change my habits, which hasn’t been easy. I’ve just tried to be more mindful of everything I consume. I’m conscious of minimizing chemicals in all sorts of products, from skincare and tampons to food.”
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Lili’s skin is amazing, but it wasn’t always that way. The actress is open about her struggles with acne, and this is why she founded her skincare line, Personal Day. Lili shared some of her skincare tips with E! News. “Clear skin really begins with the fundamentals — keeping your skin clean and hydrated is the basis of everything. Skin that is hydrated is less likely to produce excess oil and lead to fewer clogged pores.”
