Now on the road to recovery!” she captioned the social media post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Golf

Lilia plays college golf, and most of her posts are from the green. “Trying to get out and play as much as I can right now!” she captioned a recent post. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

2. Cycling

Lilia keeps herself fit by hitting the gym. One of her favorite workouts is cycling on a stationary bike – in the sauna! The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

3. Walking

Lilia also stays in shape by walking her dog and also going for walks on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

4. Education

Lilia is more than just a pretty face. In addition to playing golf and being a social media influencer, she is also a college student. She is currently studying at Marian University in Indianapolis.

5. Battling Insecurities

Lilia maintains that she shares lots of videos and photos of herself to boosts self-esteem. "I used to be very insecure and hate my body,” she said in a TikTok clip in 2021. “So I decided to do something about it.”

Karolina Pliskova is an extremely successful tennis player. She has won 17 single and 5 double titles on the WTA Tour. Pliskova recently shared a workout video of herself on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing things like lunges, squats, and using a resistance band. She captioned the video, “Slowly back in the gym.”

She Squats

Pliskova is seen doing squats with weights and squat walks in her Instagram video. Squats are very beneficial. ACE Fitness states, “Love them or hate them, squats can work wonders for your strength, flexibility, physique and power. This multi joint movement engages the glutes, hamstrings, quad, back and core, making it a great total-body exercise.”

She Lifts Weights

Pliskova does a lot of workouts with weights to keep herself in shape. In her Instagram video, she is seen using them. Pliskova included a photo in this post of herself lifting a barbell. She captioned it, “Did some workouts in @the_flag_costadelsol great place to train! U can also have more info about how fit u really are there🫠 And finish with a great coffee thanks for having us🙂↔️❤️🔥”

She's Grown

Pliskova opened up about how she’s grown in an interview with Sports Illustrated. “In the juniors I was totally different physically and mentally. Now I've grown up mentally. I've played so many matches against the top players so now I know a little bit how to play against them. I'm not that scared of them or the big stadiums. I've improved my movement a little bit—there's still a lot to work on. But it's improving slowly.”

She Does Sprints

In her Sports Illustrated interview, Pliskova shared some of the workouts she does that improve her tennis skills. One thing she does is sprint training. “My training wasn't that different from before but I was working more on movement on the court. Like left, right and sprints. We tried to work on that more. Also moving in between the balls, we were practicing that more. Also, after matches I'm feeling not too tired.”

She Uses A Fitness Bike

Pliskova is seen on a fitness bike in this Instagram post. Doing this has a lot of benefits. MD Anderson states, “Cycling is considered aerobic exercise, not resistance training. But the effort required to put your bike in motion will improve the overall function of your lower body. And keeping a bike upright and moving engages muscles throughout your body, including your upper body and core."

Paige Spiranac has upgraded. “Very exciting news I’m finally able to share! After lots of hard work I’m happy to announce I’ve joined Passes.com!,” the former All-Mountain West Conference golfer announced, in a photo accompanying images of her in workout gear. ”As a lot of you know I had my own subscription site OnlyPaige but wanted to add in more features to enhance the user experience and found that Passes had everything I wanted and more. It’s bigger and better than anything I’ve done before! You have access to never before seen pictures and videos, can speak with me directly in DMs, live streaming anytime/anywhere, and so much more! …Come chat with me 🥰.” (Here’s the link to it.) How does she stay so fit? Here’s how.

1. This is How She Got Into Golf

“It was kind of an interesting story,” she told WKYC. “I don't come from a big golf family, and that's how most kids get into it because their parents are obsessed with it. And I was actually a competitive gymnast first and had a couple really bad injuries. And so I was looking for a sport that I'd be good at because again—sports was just such a big part of our family dynamic—and they always said, you need to focus in on something that you want to do. And sports was always at the forefront. And so after gymnastics I was like, what could I be good at? We brought my aunt out, she put me through some drills and tennis for a bootcamp of two days and I was like, I can't do this. It's too much running after gymnastics. And my dad was like, let's just go out and hit some golf balls on the range. And I fell in love with it instantly and have never looked back.”

2. She Went Pro But Found a New Career

She “had a really good junior golf career, played in college, and then I played one year professionally. And while I was doing that, I kind of blew up on social media, just kind of happened. And so I was doing both and I really couldn't do both. And so I finally decided I'm going to focus on social media and not play golf professionally anymore, which was now looking back the best decision I could have made,” she told WKYC.

3. She Found Her Passion For Competitive Golf Again

“I played junior golf, college golf and a year professionally. After that stretch I mentally couldn’t handle playing golf and especially keeping score,” she Tweeted this year. “I equated my score to my self worth. I know it sounds silly but competitive golf really beat me up emotionally. But I’ve found that passion again! I’ve started tracking my scores and grinding on my game. I’ll keep you posted here on my journey! This round at Austin CC I shot a 73. Such a fun track!”

4. Here is the Origin of Her Outfits

"I was a gymnast before I switched into golf," she told Sports Illustrated. "I was so comfortable wearing spandex and very little of it because that's just what you wear when you're wearing a leotard and you're competing. "When I switched into golf, we were struggling a little bit financially, and so I didn't have the luxury to go out and buy a whole new golf-appropriate wardrobe. And so, I wore what was in my closet, which was workout clothes. That's just how I learned to play the game."

5. Gymnastics vs. Golf

ShutterstockShutterstock

Spiranac was a champion gymnast before she played golf. “Gymnastics prepares you really well for something like golf,” she told Golf Digest. “I was doing it for seven hours a day, and I really learned body awareness and mental toughness. I just transferred those lessons and habits to golf. Golf is harder than gymnastics. You know how I know that? I could do a double backflip like it was nothing. But I can easily miss a three-footer.”

6. She’s a Social Media Genius

Spiranac found that was is “really well suited for social media because when I first started doing this, no one was really utilizing social media in the golf space,” she told WKYC. “And so I was the first to do this and it was out of necessity. I needed clubs, I need balls, I needed a place to practice. And so I was using my platform to be able to market and advertise for these companies so I could just get anything free. At the moment, I was really struggling financially and after that it just kept growing and it was like a snowball and I kept building and have a really great team around me. It's been interesting because no one has done this before. So we are paving this path and it's really cool to see all of these golf influencers come up behind me and have this blueprint that we just kind of built and came up with. And so it's been an amazing eight years of doing this.”

7. Her Favorite Golfer

Her favorite golfer? “I’m unfortunately not playing as much, but everyone has to say Tiger Woods,” she told Sports Illustrated. “We wouldn't be where we are without Tiger. He is so fun to watch the shots that he hits. And again, just his passion and competitiveness is something that we've never seen before. And I would say now current players, there are so many really amazing players, it's hard to pick, but I love Max Homa. I love how he incorporates social media into his job because most professional athletes are a little bit nervous to get all in on social media and he was one of the first to really do it in golf and he has a massive loyal fan base and playing some great golf. And so I love watching what he's doing.”

8. Self-Confidence

Spiranac is constantly trying to prove herself. “I don’t think a lot of people take me seriously and that’s what hurts the most because I’m grinding every single day to be better,” he told Colorado AvidGolfer. “I’m not overconfident, but my mentality is that I want to prove myself—and I think that’s more powerful. If I didn’t have that mentality, I probably would have quit by now.”

9. Happy Introvert

Spiranac is not interested in a party lifestyle. “I'm introverted, and all my friends make fun of me because all I do is work out and play golf,” she told Golf Digest. “I'm a grandma: stay in most nights and asleep by 9:30. One more thing about how I dress: Most guys have no idea how freaking comfortable yoga pants are.”

10. Lighten Up

Spiranac wants people to lighten up when it comes to golf. “I feel like when I’m on the golf course I respect the game,” she told Colorado AvidGolfer. “I think that’s what you need to preserve with golf, the sportsmanship. It’s not what I wear. It’s not the fact that I’m having fun—I mean, seeing me have fun on the golf course, is that so wrong? I think people need to have more fun, and that’s why golf is struggling right now. The younger generation wants to go out on the course and have fun, but they’re criticized for not wearing nice pants and a polo.”

11. She Considers Herself an Athlete

As for why she wears what she wants to: “I consider myself an athlete,” she told Sports Illustrated. “I consider people who play golf, which is a hot take to some athletes who play golf: Why don't we dress like athletes? They're out there, poor Lucas Glover and he's the unbreathable pants sweating like crazy. And I'm like, let's dress like athletes. And so that was always my mindset when I got into golf and it really rubbed people the wrong way, which is shocking. Shocking. But I mean, they'll have really intense discussions over if they should wear shorts or pants or a blade collar, a real collar. And I'm out here just in tank tops and spandex and people are like, what are you doing? But I love it. And I think we're starting to see that change and fashion is such a big part of growing the game and it's moving in the right direction.”

Nelly Korda, a highly successful golf player, is currently enjoying a trip to Malaysia. She recently shared highlights of her trip on Instagram, where she can be seen on the golf course, at the beach, and relaxing with a coffee. Korda’s posts show her in various workout clothes, offering a glimpse into her lifestyle. Golf remains the primary way she stays in shape, but her approach to fitness goes beyond just the game. Korda focuses on perfecting her technique, grip strength, and impact during practice while incorporating different workouts, like squats and rowing, to stay fit off the course.

1. She Golfs

Golf is the main way Korda stays fit. Better Health states that the sport is very beneficial. “Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

2. She Focuses On Grip Strength

Korda shared some of the things that she works on when she practices with Golf Monthly. “The first thing you want to check is if you’re gripping it correctly, it makes a huge difference in your swing,” she said. “You could easily be too weak or too strong and it will affect where the face of the club is. So grip is important as well as stance and where your weight is. Once you get those fundamentals all down, it’s so much easier to work on consistency and easier to work on shooting lower numbers.”

3. She Focuses On Impact

Korda also told Golf Monthly that she also focuses on impact when she practices. “I am mainly just working on impact. On the putting green I do a drill because your eye-line and eyesight change every single day. You may see the ball and your line differently every single day, so doing a line drill is really important as you start your putting. Try it for five minutes to make sure you dial in your alignment. Once you do that, then you work on your distance.”

4. She Does Lunge Squats

Korda shared some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunge squats with kettlebells. Korda captioned the post, “2 weeks @ home to train. Let’s go!” Squats have a lot of benefits, according to Piedmont. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

5. She Uses A Rowing Machine

Nelly Korda.5Nelly Korda/Instagram

Korda is also seen on a rowing machine in her Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that this has a lot of health benefits. “Your abdominal muscles, lower back, obliques, glutes and hamstrings all get a workout during a session on a rowing machine. If you follow proper form, your core will be engaged during every single step of the rowing process. Strengthening those muscles is also key to maintaining stability and building speed.”

Read on to see 5 ways Isabella Fierro stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Golfs

Golf is one of the main ways Fierro stays in shape. Circle Health Group states that golf has a lot of benefits. “Golf is a sport that teaches accuracy, focus and concentration. It also encourages creativity and creative thinking, such as the foresight to visualize where and how far your shot will go. Hand-eye coordination is essential in golf – as is knowing where your ball landed. The course can often be a quieter place to learn these skills, without the roar of a crowd or the umpire's whistle to distract you.”

2. She Does Squats

Fierro shared this set of videos on Instagram of herself in the gym. She does a lot of squats to stay fit. Fierro is seen doing squats with a weighted bar and lunges. Allina Health states that squats are a great workout. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

3. She Strength Trains

Fierro likes to strength train to stay in shape. In the previous Instagram post, she is seen using a weighted circle and a weighted ball. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can reduce the signs and symptoms of many chronic conditions, such as arthritis, back pain, obesity, heart disease, depression and diabetes.”

4. She Follows Her Heart

Even,Fifty-fifty,Chance,Written,On,A,Blackboard.Shutterstock

Fierro opened up about her decision to go pro in an interview with LBGA. “It was a 50/50 decision,” remembered Fierro. “I really gave it a lot of thought, but I was very confident about my goals, about who I am, about my path and everything. My heart told me to turn pro.”

5. She Listens To Herself

Fierro tells LPGA that she is working on listening to herself. “One of my goals (this year) will be to listen to myself. How am I feeling? How am I performing? Having excellent communication with my team so everything runs smoothly. To feel very comfortable. Even if I’m not feeling comfortable every week because that happens to just play as calm as possible and have fun. Definitely make cuts. I’m aiming for a win for sure. I love to win like every other athlete. I would like to play in the Olympics too. That would be amazing.”

The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh.
