Lindsay Arnold In Two-Piece Workout Gear Goes On "Work Trip"

Lindsay Arnold charmed all of us during her time as a professional on Dancing With The Stars. After several close attempts at the win, she and partner Jordan Fisher, took home the mirrorball in the 25th season. She's since moved on with the show to focus on her family and her new business, at at-home workout service called The Movement Club. Lindsay recently took a trip to Los Angeles to promote it, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In it, she wore three different sets of two-piece workout gear, one in blue, one in light green, and one in brown. Lindsay captioned the post, "LA TRIP photo dump 🫶🏻 had the best time doing some exciting things for @themovementclub and seeing friends! Now back to my babies 🫶🏻"
Subhead Goes Right Here
Lindsay has a busy schedule, which can make it difficult to workout. For this reason, she has started exercising in the morning. In fact, Lindsay challenged herself to workout before her kids got up for a full year. "I wanted to be able to start my day where I could focus on me," she explained to Women's Health. "I thought that if I could do that, I would start the day in a better position. I'd be a better mom. I'd be more patient. I'd be able to work harder and do *all* the things, and I wouldn't spend the rest of my day trying to find an opportunity to squeeze a workout in. What I didn't anticipate? Just how much I would enjoy it." Lindsay says that she's stuck with morning workouts after doing this challenge.
She Uses A Peloton
Lindsay shared some of her favorite morning workouts in her Women's Health interview. One thing she does is take a Peloton class. "The first thing I liked to do—which has shifted a little since I decided to start training for a half marathon—was to hop on my Peloton and ride for 15 to 30 minutes (depending on whether or not I hit snooze—I'm still human!). This gave my mind and body some time to wake up before I start doing more complicated movements."
She Switches Things Up
Lindsay likes to do a lot of different things to workout. She shared some of her favorites in her Women's Health interview. "I did one to two days with weights, a day with resistance bands, and a day with just body weight. And I tried to space my week out by doing upper body, core, lower body, sculpting, and cardio. But, a lot of it was just guided by how I was feeling that morning and what seemed most fun that day."
She Recovers
After a good sweat session, Lindsay likes to give her body time to recover. She revealed to Women's Health that her post-workout recovery routine is made of complete opposite activities. "I hopped in the sauna for 15 minutes followed by a cold plunge for two minutes (something I had to work my way up to over time), which was a game-changer for my recovery. I didn't feel sore when I know I should, and that's because I was taking care of my body."
She Loves Avocado Toast
Lindsay shared some of her favorite healthy breakfast recipes in this Instagram video. One thing she makes is a simpler version of avocado toast. Instead of smashing up avocados and adding things like egg or lemon, Lindsay slices one up and places them on plain toast. She captioned the post, "Quick & Easy breakfast 🤗🤗for people like me who don't have the time *or the skill* for the fancy stuff 😂😂😂 but still want something that is tasty and good for you!!! Would love to hear some of your quick and easy breakfast faves! Drop em below 🤗🤗"
