Lindsey Vonn In Two-Piece Workout Gear Stuns At Miami F1

The skier rocked an all black outfit.

Lindsey Vonn is one of the greatest skiers of all time. She won three medals at the Winter Olympics, eight at the World Championships, and four World Cup titles. Lindsey recently attended the F1 Grand Prix in Miami, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In some of the photos, she rocked a black hoodie and shorts, showing off her legs. Lindsey captioned the post, "Miami F1 weekend photo dump. It was another fun weekend that's for sure! Bucket list items checked off the list, time in the garages and handing out the trophies for Saturday's race. Always proud to support women in sports with the @f1academy. Until next time…"

She Works Out With Others

Lindsey opened up about how she struggled to workout after retiring from skiing to Into The Gloss. She says that she started working out with others to motivate her. "After I retired from skiing, I definitely went through a period when I wasn't working out. My knees hurt more, I was mentally unhappy, and it just made me realize that I feel better when I'm moving my body. I like working out with Gunnar Peterson in LA—he's really motivating, and an hour goes by so quickly when I'm with him. And now I try to work out with my sisters to make it more fun."

She Works Out In The Morning

Lindsey makes sure to workout each day. She tells Into The Gloss that she typically does so in the morning, but if she can't, she'll still find time. "The most important thing for me is that if I say I'm going to work out on a certain day, I need to get it in at some point. The majority of the time I work out in the morning, but it really depends on my schedule. If I do it in the morning, I'll put on my face afterwards, and if I work out at the end of the day, I can just do my normal nightly routine. The middle of the day is the worst, but sometimes it's the only time I can fit it in."

She Protects Her Skin From The Sun

Lindsey shared some of her skincare secrets with Into The Gloss. She says that she makes sure to protect her skin from the sun. "When I was racing, I'd get sunburnt a lot—just because it's cold doesn't mean you're not getting sunburnt," Lindsey explained. "Now I always try to double up or add as much as I can. My favorite moisturizer is Kaplan's Daily Moisture Concentrate with SPF 30. I started using that in the last few years I raced, and it was the first moisturizer I actually loved. Before that I'd just use Cetaphil and get my extra sun protection from a MAC foundation. That stuff is heavy duty—I can't say it was the best for my skin, but I liked that it had SPF 15 and would stay on during a race. If I'd break out, I'd just cover it right back up again"

She Eats A Plant-Based Diet

After retiring from skiing, Lindsey's diet has changed. She now eats a plant-based diet. "Since I retired from skiing, I've gravitated more toward a plant-based lifestyle," Lindsey said to Just Egg. "It's better for my health and for the environment. I need less food now – I'm no longer taking in 5,000 calories a day – so making the food higher quality is important."

She Orders Food When She Travels

Lindsey makes sure to stay consistent with her diet. For her, that means planning ahead and ordering healthy options. Lindsey tells Just Egg that she does this whenever she travels. "To stay healthy, I need to plan ahead. It's really hard when you're traveling and, if you're not prepared and you get hungry, your options are limited. If I'm staying at an Airbnb or a hotel while traveling, I'll do an Instacart order so I'll have Just Egg there and I'm ready to go."
