Linsey Davis is best known for being a journalist for ABC. In March, she and her husband ran in a marathon for St. Patrick’s Day. She shared a photo of the two of them on Instagram. Davis captioned the post, “Glutton.For.Punishment. Whew! Was NOT prepared for this one, BUT God be God’n and pulled me through! 🙌🏽 we shamrock’d it! #cantstopwontstop #runninghalveswithmybetterhalf 43 states down. 7 more to go!!!!! Picturesque Portland!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Linsey Davis stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Runs

As you can see from her Instagram post, Davis loves to run. She even travels the country to run in marathons. She talked about her love of running to Shape Magazine. “In April, we will run a half-marathon in our 38th state, which is Kansas. My favorite race so far was in Vermont. It was a covered bridge race, so it was so quaint and beautiful.”

2. She’s Committed

Davis is committed to running. She talked about her training process in her Shape Magazine interview. “Running a half-marathon is all mind over matter,” she says. “Once you make the decision to run, and commit to the race, your body will follow. And take water breaks! My weekly goal is to run 16 miles per week, divided up in different ways depending on my schedule. In the winter, the treadmill is my best friend, but [in] all other seasons I train outside.”

3. She Takes Care Of Herself

Davis is all about self-care, and shared her favorite practices with Shape Magazine. “It’s different for everyone,” she said. “But for me, [self-care] means listening to my body and doing what makes me feel good mentally, physically and emotionally…which is usually running as that allows me to get into my best headspace.”

4. She Leans On Her Faith

Faith,Alive,Inspirational,Christian,ArtShutterstock

In an essay with Guideposts, Davis talked about her health struggles after having her first child. She says that she struggles with anxiety and leaned on her faith to help her get through low times. “Whenever the fears assaulted me, I’d pick up my Bible, look for a verse and meditate on it. My blood pressure didn’t go down immediately, my anxiety didn’t disappear at once, but the routine became my medicine, as crucial for me as the pills the doctor had prescribed. Paul and I would kneel beside our bed—as my grandparents had done—hold hands and pray. Pray that I would return.”

5. She Loves Sunshine

"Getting too much sun is dangerous for your skin. However, contrary to what sunscreen companies and vampires have led you to believe, getting some sun every day is actually quite good for you. The sun loads your body with beneficial vitamins and hormones. You can’t see it happening, but you can feel it. It’s there when you walk outside on a sunny day and you get that warm hug feeling right before your nice shirt is stained with pit sweat. Sunlight releases serotonin (the happiness hormone) in your brain, boosts your bone health, and actually might help treat several skin conditions," says InterMountain.

Powerlifter Amanda Lawrence in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Training Hard"

Amanda Lawrence, a powerhouse in the powerlifting world, keeps her followers motivated with intense training updates on Instagram. Recently, she posted videos of herself bench pressing and deadlifting, captioned, “Happy Saturday! We still out here training hard 💪🏼 12 weeks until @sbdsheffield 👀.” With her unwavering commitment, Lawrence demonstrates the grit and preparation required for competitive lifting.

1. She Lifts Weights

Weightlifting is the main way Lawrence stays in shape. ACE Fitness states that lifting weights has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

2. She Does Squats

Lawrence is seen doing squats in this Instagram video. Squats are a great exercise to do. Allina Health reports, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

3. She Works With A Coach

Lawrence shared her training secrets with Muscle & Fitness. She says that she works with a coach to help her train correctly. “I was training with straps all the time and with non-calibrated plates, on incorrect bench heights. It made things hard when you actually had to train on standard equipment on game day. I had a lot of changes I wanted to make from the Grand Prix in March of this year to Worlds. I hired a new coach, Joey Flexx, and he changed everything for me. I purchased calibrated plates, got a rack and everything, and started training on the correct equipment. Now, I have a different perspective on what I can improve upon.”

4. She Eats A Lot Of Protein

Calorie,Counting,Using,A,Mobile,Application.,Healthy,Eating,And,DietShutterstock

Lawrence shared her typical diet with Muscle & Fitness. She says that she eats a lot of protein. “I eat the same things a lot, over and over. That’s just what works for me. I like a high protein diet—at least one gram per pound of body weight—because you need that just to perform and fuel. I go a little bit lower carbs, but make sure I get enough to fuel my performance. I follow a Renaissance Periodization diet, and they have an app you can use to track macronutrients in a plan that’s customized to your goals. It has set food choices that you can pick from. For example, if you need to get 30 grams of protein in and you want to eat specific foods, the app will tell you exactly how much to eat of specific foods to hit the nutritional value of 30 grams, or whatever fits your needs.”

5. She Protects Her Muscles

Lawrence makes sure to protect her muscles from injury. She shared how she does so with Muscle & Fitness. “I know my body’s limits, and I’ll purposefully not go through with a rep if something feels funny. Of course, I always have spotters, but knowing my limits has allowed me to continually push weight faster than others without getting injured. Before a lift, I’ll stretch a lot, use rollers, and do hip circles to loosen up my hips for both squats and deadlifts. I don’t do a ton of post-lift stretching, but I use recovery creams and make sure to eat a healthy diet. When it comes down to it, if you’re going to get injured, you’re going to get injured. There’s no way to prevent it, but just don’t be stupid and know when to stop.”

Lindsey Vonn is getting her sweat on – and flaunting her fit figure. In a new social media post the skier shows off her amazing body in a two-piece workout look while executing a workout at the gym. “Back on my @redbull grind and man, it feels good! Getting as strong as I can… think I might have a plan for the knee, but first I need to get,” she captioned the Instagram Reel. What exercises are helping her get strong and what other health habits does she practice? Here is everything you need to know.

1. Here Is Her Latest Workout

According to Kendra Gamble, HIT Fitness Training, Huntingdon Valley, PA, NPTI Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant, Lindsey’s workout includes:

  • Single leg hip thrust
  • Standing abduction machine (can be done with a band)
  • Lying hamstring curl
  • Inverted row
  • *Back extension
  • *Side plank hip adduction
  • TRX push up

2. She’s Training to Be “Lean and Fit” with Weight Training

Lindsey admits she has gotten "a lot leaner" after retiring from skiing. "I used to do things that were so sport specific, so I had to be bigger," she told New York Post's Alexa magazine. "But everyone is like, 'Oh my God, you're in the best shape of your life.' It's like — yes and no. I'm not training for my sport anymore, I am training to be lean and fit,” she said. She has dramatically decreased her body fat with the help of trainer Gunnar Peterson. "Different training. Different diet. Crazy!" Her workouts are no joke, and she trains three to four times a week. "Whatever you like doing is what you should be doing," she told Women’s Health. Her workouts are a combo of strength and weight training, using a lot of weighted balls, battle ropes, lifts, squats. You can check out another one of her workouts here

3. She Also Does Two Cardio Workouts a Week

Lindsey supplements her weight and strength training with two cardio workouts a week, but you won’t find her running on the treadmill. "I have a doctor's note that says I should never run again in my life, and I'm okay with that," she says. Instead she cycles or surfs.

4. She Also Walks After Dinner

"I have to go outside and walk the glucose off with my dog," Lindsey says about her post-dinner strolls. According to science, you should too. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

5. Her Diet Is “Clean”

Fresh,Blueberries,And,Kiwi,Slices,On,A,Wooden,Blue,Background,Shutterstock

Lindsey no longer follows her “ski season” diet of “a lot of protein and carbs,” she told People. Phil Goglia revamped her diet when she retired, and it now involves a lot of water, eating clean food, and timing her meals. “I try not to eat too much in the morning before I work out,” she told Women’s Health. Post-workout Lindsey eats “egg white omelets with broccoli, chicken, and pepper, and stuff like that.” For lunch, she might have chicken or salmon with kale or cabbage. For dinner, her plate is filled with a mix of protein and veggies – like chicken salad with avocado or a zucchini pasta with bolognese meat sauce. Almonds, kiwis, and blueberries are go-to snacks. Overall she tries to eat a lot of plant-based foods. “Listen, the kitchen can be intimidating to anyone. But I’m here to tell you: You can do it. And with the new year, let’s do it better, together. I’ve got 14 places to help you start eating more plant-based foods,” she captioned a recent post, suggesting the Just Egg cookbook to her followers.

Lily James is “obsessed” with the Tracy Anderson method, according to a new gym selfie. The star of The Iron Claw, Baby Driver and the hit miniseries Pam & Tommy (in which she played Pam Anderson) looks superfit, and has a strict and disciplined workout regimen that keeps her on track for her roles. Read on to see 5 ways Lily James stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. When The Going Gets Tough, She Gets Motivation

Staying motivated during these intense workouts really helps Lily to drag herself out of bed and get started. Even on those tough days, Lily says to Cosmo, "my ultimate top tip is to drag yourself, even if you have to roll yourself out of your bed and into a sit-up – it's really not that bad once you start. Just be like 'you can do it' and when you get to the point of breaking, that's when you get fitter. You have to keep a positive mind, you need to push through the pain."

2. She’s Extremely Disciplined and Doesn’t Take Shortcuts

Lily James.3Lily James/Instagram

Being strict with her diet is just what works for Lily. No cheating. "I had to be really strict with myself, I knew if I cheated myself with chocolate and wine then it wouldn't work,” Lily said about preparing for the Fast Girls role. "I had to give up everything I love. We couldn't drink, eat chocolate, have sweets or desserts. But you know what, I got well into it... It's amazing to see how much better you feel and to see the change in your body." Some people can afford to have a cheat day, others fall off the wagon and so for her, she just sticks to it even if it’s difficult when she has a goal in mind.

3. She Breaks a Sweat Boxing and Running

Cardio is the backbone of any workout regiment. It’s the bread and butter of getting to a better place. As for what her fitness regime entailed, Lily explained she does a mix of running and boxing. "I felt really athletic, which I hadn’t done for a long time and there was great confidence that came from that... I feel less self-conscious on a beach now. It was really wonderful to feel like that, to feel so in my own body," Lily said.

4. She Stays Consistent

With maybe one or two rest days in the rotation, she really stays consistent with her workouts on days that she’s supposed to be training. Particularly for her athletic role in Fast Girls back in 2012. "It was very intense – we had about six weeks of training before the film even started," Lily said. Even running errands, she tries to walk and bike wherever she can.

Protein packed meals give Lily the energy to continue her rigorous fitness routine. “On top of the fitness and the health, we also had a diet plan we had to follow which involved eating between five and six meals a day that were really high in protein, so that meant lots of protein shakes, fish, chicken and no cheating," she said to Cosmo.

slidetitle num="6"]The Tracy Anderson Method Really Works

Lily James.6Lily James/Instagram

Anderson rose to fame by keeping celebs fit as she “created custom workouts and diets—which she overhauled every 10 days to keep the accessory muscles consistently engaged—and tracked and graphed her findings,” according to her site. “Over the past two decades, the Tracy Anderson Method has grown and evolved, though the basic premise remains the same: Tracy continues to develop thousands of new routines to ensure that no client ever plateaus.”

Jade Packer is a powerhouse of athleticism, modeling, and television, captivating audiences on Gladiators under her alias, "Electro." As a Gymshark athlete, Jade brings an intense, dynamic approach to fitness, sharing high-energy workouts that highlight her incredible strength, agility, and endurance. Recently, she posted a striking black-and-white video on Instagram, showcasing her powerful moves: climbing ropes, performing handstands, and swinging from bars. With a caption that read, “Locked in,” Jade gives fans a glimpse of the discipline and intensity fueling her journey. Between running, rowing, and rigorous strength training, Jade’s routine demonstrates a deep commitment to maintaining her peak condition and constantly pushing her limits, inspiring followers to elevate their own fitness journeys with her relentless energy and determination.

1. She Runs

Packer shared this video on Instagram of herself training. In it, she is seen doing a lot of different exercises, one of them being running. Packer captioned the post, “PRO Hyrox 😮‍💨 That was GRAFT but where’s the fun if you’re not in the trenches. Felt like a completely different race compared to doubles at the beginning of the year.. I’m sure those sleds were twice as heavy. Solo benchmark is set at 01:36:43. November we go again for London 2.0 🫡”

2. She Uses A Rowing Machine

Jade Packer.2Jade Packer/Instagram

In the previous Instagram video, Packer is seen using a rowing machine. The Cleveland Clinic states that using a rowing machine has a lot of benefits. “Because rowing gives you such a good cardio workout, it’s also flexible in terms of how you fit it into your routine. If you don’t want to make it a long workout as mentioned, you can do short intervals between other exercises to keep your heart rate up.”

3. She Does Lunges

Jade Packer.3Jade Packer/Instagram

In the previous Instagram video, Packer is seen doing lunges with a bag. She is also seen doing them with a barbell in this YouTube video with Gymsnark. ACE Fitness states that lunges have a lot of benefits. “Lunges primarily target the lower body muscles, but they’ll call on your core muscles, too, because they’re a unilateral (one-sided) exercise. Lunges can be a top strength exercise to add to your fitness routine. There are dozens of ways to vary them, either by altering the move or adding resistance — and the payoff for doing them is big, namely a stronger lower body.”

4. She Strength Trains

Jade Packer.4Jade Packer/Instagram

Packer likes to strength train to stay in shape. In the Instagram video, she is seen pulling and pushing a weighted cart, and using a weighted bag. Packer is also seen using a barbell in her Gymsnark YouTube video. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

5. She Does Squats

Jade Packer.5Jade Packer/YouTube

In her Gymsnark YouTube video, Packer is seen doing squats with a barbell. Piedmont states that squats have a lot of benefits. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area.”

This is pure gold!” commented one of her followers. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Hardcore Workouts

Brandt doesn’t mess around at the gym. She spends five days a week training with Paolo Mascitti. "The reason why Paolo and I work so well together is that fitness is just a part of our lives — almost like another limb," she told Shape. "He also understands what every woman's body is different. I'm turning 40 this year, and he understands where I'm at with my metabolism and what my body needs to maintain muscle mass and strength so I can continue doing what I love."

2. Strength, Flexibility, Agility, and Endurance

During their hour-long sessions they focus on overall strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance, Mascitti told Shape. "We do a lot of plyometric exercises combined with strength training to accommodate her need to move quickly and for long periods of time while she's shooting."

3. Resistance Training and HIIT

"To mix things up, we usually focus two or three sessions on resistance training, and two to three sessions of high-intensity interval training," he added. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

4. Plant-Based Diet

Brandt sticks to a plant-based diet. "I always have a fridge full of vegetables," she says. She sticks to whole foods like quinoa, lentils, and beans and tries to avoid fake meats for the most part. "I'll be honest, I do love an Impossible Burger, but I honestly just fell in love with trying different cuisines, new recipes, and finding new ways to fuel my body and keep me energized,” she said.

5. Exercise Is Her Destresser and Helps Her Sleep

"I've never viewed fitness as a job. In fact, I feel bad when I'm not moving because I know what the benefits are, not just physically, but mentally. Sometimes, when I've had a really busy, stressful day and have worked 15-17 hours, I still make time to work out because I want the endorphins and want to sleep better at night, too,” she told Shape.

The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
