Lis Vega is an actress and singer. Recently, she took a trip to Aldea Mazul, and went to the beach. Vega recently shared a set of photos of herself in a cabana on the beach on Instagram. In the previous Instagram video, Vega is seen doing deadlifts with a barbell. This exercise has a lot of benefits. Vega is also seen doing running exercises on the stairs in the previous Instagram video. FloTrack states that running of all kinds has a lot of benefits. Vega likes to ride horses to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself riding on the beach.
