Lisa Rinna is an actress, best known for her appearances on soap operas. She appeared on Melrose Place and Days Of Our Lives. Rinna also appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and has her own skincare line. She shares a lot of gorgeous photos on Instagram. In a recent post, she wore a black bodysuit, and captioned it, “Off to the Cheesecake Factory ☺️😉Feeling cheeky might delete later.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Lisa Rinna stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Believes In Moderation

Rinna shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with People. She says that she believes in moderation when it comes to her diet. “I don’t love to use the word diet because if I do, I’ll just want to eat 10 times more,” Rinna explained. “Moderation is key. I tend to call myself a dirty vegan. I’m mostly plant-based — but if I do need to eat some meat, I’ll have it.”

2. She Goes To Spin Classes

Rinna shared some of her favorite workouts in her People interview. She says that she likes to go to spin classes. “I really love the combination of SoulCycle and yoga. It keeps me balanced and sane.” Warwick Sport reports, “Indoor studio cycling has been proven to have health and fitness benefits for everyone across all walks of life. One of the most significant benefits of indoor cycling is the long and short-term impact it has on your cardiovascular systems.”

3. She Loves Yoga

As she previously said to People, Rinna likes to practice yoga to stay in shape. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga has a lot of benefits. “Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength. Yoga is as good as basic stretching for easing pain and improving mobility in people with lower back pain. The American College of Physicians recommends yoga as a first-line treatment for chronic low back pain.”

4. She Wears Sunscreen

Rinna shared some of her skincare secrets in an interview with Marie Claire. She says that she always makes sure to put on sunscreen. “I put on sunscreen before I walk downstairs. The minute you hit sunlight, you’re getting [sun exposure] and I have major melasma issues on my skin. A great skincare specialist, Renée Rouleau told me like 12 years ago, ‘You have got to put sunscreen on the minute you wake up in the morning.’ I’ve done that ever since—that’s a really fancy little trick for everybody.”

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Rinna shared her skincare routine with Marie Claire. “I don’t do any skincare until after I work out. I like a doctor. So, I like Dr. Barbara Sturm, I like Dr. Lancer, I like Dr. Sabagh. Sturm is my favorite, but I cheat on everyone. I use all of Dr. Sturm—she changed my skin. I’d have wrinkles and breakouts at the same time and she stopped my breakouts. I have everything. She makes me my own blood cream, which I think is genius. Then I want to shout out my Maria Chicet Bone Marrow Cream. I’ve been using it for 20 years as my under-eye cream. And if you look at my under-eyes, they look really good.”
