Little Mix Singer Perrie Edwards in Bikini Says “Oh Hi”

Here are her health habits

Perrie Edwards is checking in with her followers in her bikini, and her bandmates are here for it. The stunning singer shows off her curves in a bikini and cowboy hat in a series of Instagram snaps. “Oh hi 🤠, ” she captioned the post. “Obsessed with your hair,” Leigh Anne Pinnock commented. “😍😍😍😍😍,” added Jade Thirwall. How does the star approach diet and fitness? Here are her health habits.

1

She Didn’t Exercise When She Was Young

At 22, Edwards didn’t work out. “I don’t really exercise. When we get time off, I like to relax,” she told Dare. “During my time off, I love to get pampered. I also love to relax and watch TV. I’m all about the chilling.”

Then, She Trainer

After welcoming her first child, Axel, Perrie started training with dancer Danielle Peazer. “I reached out to my girl @DaniellePeazer (very last minute [eye roll emoji]) before my holiday and she put me through my paces and I’m so thankful,” she captioned a post in 2020.

“Almost Daily” Workouts

Danielle explained to The Sun that when she trained Perrie, the two hit the gym “almost daily” for 45 minutes to an hour. She does each exercise for around 40 to 45 seconds, rests, and then repeats them.

Planks and Squats

Perrie has a few favorite exercises. “I do love squats, abs and arm exercises,” she told Dare.  Peazer added to New Magazine that Edwards does a lot of planks. “I had her doing a plank for two minutes, which is a very long time for anyone,” she said.

She Struggles with Criticism

“I think, do you know what, I’m going to be honest and say, the times I actually pick myself apart and feel miserable is when I get papped in a bikini,” she told Glamour. “Or papped in a way that one, I’m not aware that I’m being papped. And two, it makes me feel dirty. People will say to me, “Oh, you look great!” I’m like, “Are you kidding me? Do I look like that?” Then I’ll cry. Like, I’ll actually cry. I’ll say, ‘I’m hideous, I’m this and this.’ It really gets to me and I have to remind myself to let it go. It’s a few bad pictures, who cares? But it takes a lot to get to that point. It’s easier said than done – it’s really horrible.”
