She Hikes
Liz loves going for hikes to stay in shape. She shared this Instagram post of a retreat she did with friends. Liz captioned it, “I did @theranch.life for the first time in 2016 and remembered feeling so proud of myself. Even at 22, I was stunned that my body could handle the rigorous hikes and all of the other physical and mental challenges that come with this journey. 8 years later and I’m even more proud of myself for completing this program. I pushed myself further and my body is thanking me.”
She Takes Care Of Her Acne
Liz shared her favorite products for dealing with acne to Glamour. “I really like the ZitSticka. They are these tiny patches that gets the medicine in there but also covers it and protects it while you’re sleeping. If it’s something I’m trying to let heal, I use these SoKo Glam Soft Shield Pimple Patches, which are also amazing. And for nearly 10 years, I’ve used the Dr. Dennis Gross One Step Acne Eliminating Pads. I love them. Finally, I use Cetaphil in the shower because I cannot go to bed unless my face is shining, shining clean without a trace of makeup.”
She Tracks Her Sleep
Sleep is very important to Liz. In fact, she tells Glamour that she is tracking how much she sleeps each night. “I’m wearing the Oura Ring a lot. It’s like a Fitbit but for sleep. It tracks my sleep, so if I’m tired the next morning, it will show me how much REM sleep I got, or how much deep sleep or light sleep I got. It also has your heart rate and lets you know when your temperature is elevated. I love knowing about what’s been going on in my body, so that’s been fun.”
She Eats Healthy
Liz shared some of her diet secrets with The New Potato, as reported by Celebwell. She says that she aims to eat as healthily as she can. “I also try to stick to a gluten-free diet, but that’s especially hard considering I grew up in an Italian family where bread is a huge staple of every meal. Overall, I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and maintain a healthy diet. But if I had it my way, I’d be sitting in a room eating French fries and cake all day.”
She Uses Products For Sensitive Skin
Liz’s skin is on the sensitive side, and she makes sure to use products that help it out. “I’m using Tatcha the Indigo Cream for Sensitive Skin,” she told Glamour. “I’m working so much that I want my skin to chill out and relax when I get home. I love Tatcha. Their whole line is great.”
