It empowers me and makes me feel strong and confident. It really transformed my body, my gymnastics, and my life.”
She Eats Healthy
In an episode of the Women’s Health series, Strong Life, Livvy talked about her diet. “I think the way you fuel your body is really important,” she says. “I feel better than ever right now. Eating enough protein, putting enough fruits and veggies into your body. It’s got me to my fitness goals, and it’s helping me look the way I want to look.”
She Does Tricep VUPs
Livvy has an amazing core, and she does a lot of different exercises to maintain it. She shared some of her go-to moves in her Strong Like episode. My first core exercise in my workout routine is a tricep VUP, which works your core completely and it works your triceps as well. And I do three sets of 15. And you can also do it single leg, too.”
She Does Leg Lifts
Another ab workout that Livvy does is leg lifts. She shared her typical routine in her Strong Like episode. “I’m going to do some leg lifts. I usually do one set of 20 or I just keep going to see how many I can do. So, I hang and I bring my legs up in a controlled way and see how many I can do above 20.”
She Recovers
Livvy works hard when she’s in the gym. But she also makes sure to recover when she’s finished working out. Livvy shared this TikTok of herself doing some of her favorite recovery practices. In it, she is seen stretching and having a massage done. Livvy captioned the post, “Much needed.”
