Lola Índigo is heating up social media in her workout gear. In a new post the singer flaunts her amazing figure in bright red exercise attire. “This is a reel 🥡🥢,” she captioned the series of Instagram photos. In one of them, she even shows off her flat abs while performing. “What a sweetheart,” one of her followers commented. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Self-Love

"So many years fighting with my body and with my mind and little by little I am finding balance. I went from being the chubby girl at school to starving myself and being boneless to get caught at castings. I have needed to find self-love because seeking the acceptance of others never got me even a little bit closer to happiness. 🙏🏼❤️ there is no secret or exact method to find this balance, but dance and sport have made me very happy,” she captioned a post, sharing her Women’s Health cover.

2. Coffee

Lola enjoys the perks of caffeine. Here she is sipping a cup of iced coffee on the beach. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

3. Baths

Lola enjoys unwinding in the bath. In this photo she sits in the tub with a glass of champagne. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

4. Jet Skiing

When she’s on vacation, you can find Lola jet skiing. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

5. Walking

Whenever she is traveling, you can find Lola taking long walks and exploring. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Lola Marandel is vacationing in the South of France – in her swimsuit. The tennis star shows off her famously fit figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, posing on a boat. “Boat life,” she wrote in the captions. “Beauty,” commented one of her followers, while several others left behind fire emojis. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Lola Marandel stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Plays Tennis

The main way Lola stays in shape is by playing tennis, which she does pretty much all day, every day of her life. According to ACE Fitness, tennis blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

2. She Lifts Weights

As part of her training, Lola lifts heavy weights. “130kg 👊🏽 with the coach,” she captioned a video of herself hip-thrusting with heavy weights. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

3. She Runs

Lola also enjoys running. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

4. She Rides Bikes

You can find Lola getting around on her bike, a great low-impact aerobic exercise that helps build muscle, improves strength and flexibility, and improves balance, according to the Cleveland Clinic. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis

5. She Streches

Lola understands the importance of stretching. Before a match, she stretches out her entire body, from her wrists to her legs. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

In it, she wore lavender workout gear, and her impressive abs were on display. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Lola Vice stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She’s Driven

Vice shares some of her fitness secrets in an interview with Vital Proteins. She says that she is driven to stay in shape. “Honestly, it’s all about how bad you want it. There are days where I am less motivated than others, but I remind myself of my dreams and everything I want to accomplish, and it helps me push through the workout.”

2. She Train Fasts

Vice opened up about her diet and when she eats to Vital Proteins. She says that she doesn’t eat before doing a workout. “Every morning, I train fasted – meaning I don’t eat anything before working out. Afterward, I usually have some sort of protein, a carb and healthy fat like avocado. As for why I train fasted, I find, in my experience, it’s a great way to maintain my weight. I also feel lean while exercising.”

3. She Takes Collagen

Collagen,Powder,Spoon,And,Pill,Or,Capsule,,Supplement,,Healthy,AndShutterstock

Vice likes to take supplements. She shared with Vital Proteins that she loves to take collagen. “For about a month now, I’ve been adding two scoops of the Collagen Peptides in my coffee every morning and I have seen a drastic change in my hair, nails and skin. I also use Vital Performance™ RECOVER after every training session and I feel immediately renovated.”

4. She Does Yoga

Vice shared some of her favorite workouts in her interview with Vital Proteins. “On active recovery days, doing yoga is my go-to because it helps to release the lactic acid from my legs and the next morning I am not as sore.” Yoga also has other benefits. Harvard Health states, “Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance. Yoga studios typically don't have mirrors. This is so people can focus their awareness inward rather than how a pose — or the people around them — looks. Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem.”

5. She Ignores What Others Think

Lola.ViceLola Vice/Instagram

Vice shared her advice for others in an interview with Muscle & Fitness. “I would say don’t listen to what anybody has to say about you, because you have to be yourself and stay true to yourself in order to be recognized by the world,” she said. “And if I would have listened to what anybody said about me, I wouldn’t be in the position where I am now. And just because I don’t look like I’m the stereotype in my sport doesn’t mean I don’t have the same level and the same talent. So I would tell girls to stay true to themselves. Be yourself, and work a hundred times harder than everyone else in your career. Stay true to your passion and just grow and shine—don’t let anybody tell you otherwise.”

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
