Lolo Zouaï Shows Off Fit Body in New Photos, Says "Call Me Back"
Lolo Zouaï is heating things up.. In a new social media post the singer shows off her amazing body while in bed. "call me back," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "beautiful queen," commented one of her followers. "mama 🔥 i wanna have that body ody," added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Running
"I like to start my day off with a run through Prospect Park," she told Thrillist. "Running around the whole park is about three miles and that's a really good run. Going for a run in the park would be the one thing that would get me out of my depression. When I start running, I feel this immediate confidence boost that I always forget about when I don't feel like running."
Coffee
After her run, Lolo swings by a coffee shop. "For a long while, it was the only place where I could find a really good espresso. Their lattes are perfect in the late fall and winter," she says. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
Boxing
Lolo also boxes. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
Hiking
Lolo enjoys getting outside and hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Self-Care
Lolo's go-to form of self-care? "If I have time, I love to go thrift shopping. I would say a perfect day for me always includes a solo trip to a thrift store," she says. "Thrifting for me is an activity I love to do alone. I put my headphones in, zone out, and go to work. The fun for me is finding gems. I've found so many cool NASCAR jackets thrifting, and I have this fake Fendi purse—well, I think it's fake, but it looks real to me—that I love. I generally prefer thrifting over going to a vintage store. I'd just rather be like, 'I found this thing and they priced it way too low and I love it.'"
