Lori Harvey In Black Bikini Wants “Quick Intermission”

Model and skincare maven Lori Harvey is on vacation right now, and she made sure to make us all envious by posting on Instagram. In a recent post, she is seen enjoying a tropical drink, time at the beach, at the pool, and even found a wild animal. Lori wore a black bikini with a black and white stripe wrap in the post, showing off her figure. She captioned it, “Quick intermission.” Here are 5 of Lori Harvey’s secrets to maintaining her beach body.
She Loves Pilates

After weightlifting began taking a toll on her body, Lori decided to try Pilates, and it’s become a go-to for her. “I was like, ‘Okay, I’ll try pilates, I think I can handle it’,” she says to Vogue. “When I tell you I literally died, I have not had a harder workout in my life. I was shaking. I felt muscles I didn’t even know existed. I just got hooked and intentionally set a goal for myself. I was like, ‘I’m going to have [visible] abs.'”
She Practices Portion Control

When it comes to her diet, Lori believes in both moderation and portion control. “The biggest thing for me is that I don’t really try to restrict myself too much on what I eat, but I will portion control, which I found helps me a lot more,” she said to Vogue. “When I dieted and was super restrictive, it got hard—I craved the stuff that I’m “not supposed” to be eating even more. And then, when I did start eating [normally] again, I’ll go a little bit too hard. So the portion control helps me balance.”
She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Lori has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared one of her tips with Vogue. “Every day I do my five-step system from my line (SKN by LH), but I do have a little hack that I put on TikTok that actually went viral, which was my Greek yogurt mask the next day — 0% fat Greek yogurt; the lactic acid lifts the pigmentation out.”
She Loves Celery Juice

Lori tells Marie Claire that she loves drinking celery juice each morning. “I swear by drinking a glass of celery juice in the morning, which some people are like, ‘Absolutely not. That’s so disgusting!’ But I swear by it. Drinking celery juice jump starts my system. It gets my digestive system flowing properly throughout the day.”
She Tries New Things

When it comes to wellness, Lori is open to anything. “I’m one of those people who will pretty much try anything when it comes to wellness,” she says to Marie Claire. “So I don’t think there’s anything that I’m not into. When it comes to health and wellness, I’m game to try it all.”
