Lori Harvey Shares Swimsuit Photo From Ibiza

Lori Harvey is a model and even has her own lines of skincare and swimwear. She recently went on a trip to Ibiza, and modeled swimsuits from her line, Yevrah Swim. Harvey shared some photos of herself modeling on Instagram this week. In them, she wore an orange two-piece in the shower. She Does Pilates

 

Harvey shared some of her diet and exercise secrets in an interview with E! News. She says that Pilates is one of her favorite things to do. "I usually go to Forma Pilates. That has been the hardest Pilates that I think I've ever taken in my life. That is when I saw the most change in my body. I've gotten good at it, but I still need a trainer to show me all the moves."

She Eats Healthy & Watches Her Portions

Harvey tells E! News that she makes sure to eat healthy. However, she also says that she doesn't like to restrict herself. "I really just watch my portion but I still eat what I want to eat for the most part. I also do my green juices in the morning. I've been on an overnight oats kick lately, so that's been my go-to in the morning."

She Works Out Regularly

Harvey shared some of her wellness secrets on a TikTok. She says that she made sure to workout several times a week, especially when she wants to lose weight. "When I was trying to drop weight, I was trying to work out five to six times a week. I would even do, for like the first month and a half, I would do two-a-days."

She Does Cardio

In addition to Pilates, Harvey revealed on TikTok that she also did some cardio. "I had a sprint interval workout that I would do," she says. "I would do Pilates in the morning and then I would leave there, go to the gym and hop on the treadmill for 30 minutes. [Just] do some type of cardio, because that's how you drop [weight]. Pilates alone is not going to make you lose weight, it's just going to give you long, lean muscles."

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Harvey has amazing skin, and shared her secrets with Nylon Magazine. "My daily skincare routine consists of my Goji Berry Cleanser, White Tea Toner, Vitamin C Serum, the Peptide Eye Complex, and Niacinamide Cream," she says. "Those are all from my line SKN x LH. It's the perfect easy everyday skincare routine. I don't put on makeup every day; I kind of prefer not to unless I'm going out somewhere. I have been embracing not putting on any makeup and just taking care of my skin. It's been so good! It's an overall confidence boost for me, when my skin looks good and it's clear."
