She Shuts Down Haters
In a recent Instagram post, the reality star just said no to haters. "Hi guys! I want to acknowledge that while there has been a lot of love and support, there has also been a lot of negativity on social media the last few weeks. And I feel I have to say this.. please, just leave looks out of it. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I want everyone to have a free space to speak their mind, but, a line has been crossed – and I am not the one suffering," she wrote. "The impact of your words can be hurtful, especially to those who feel like they don't fit in societies' narrow definition of beauty. You may be talking to me, or other commenters, but you could easily be damaging an innocent person's self esteem."
She Plays Tennis
One of Micah's "summer hobbies" is playing tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
She Drinks Coffee
Micah is a coffee drinker. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
She Skis
In the winter you can find Micah hitting the slopes. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.
She Loses Weight When Stressed
After splitting from her fiancé Paul Peden, Micah dropped a few dress sizes."When I lost 20 pounds during my last breakup," she wrote across a TikTok video with the caption, "Always come out on top."
